data dan informasi dengan bantuan bermacam-macam material yang terdapat di ruang perpustakaan, seperti buku buku, majalah-majalah, dokumen, catatan dan kisah-kisah sejarah dan lain-lainnya. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan ini yaitu Proses penyebaran Islam di Tatar Sunda tidak seluruhnya diterima di beberapa tempat, masih terdapat komunitas yang bertahan dalam ajaran leluhurnya seperti masyarakat Baduy. Mereka adalah komunitas yang tidak mau memeluk Islam dan terkungkung di satu wilayah religius yang khas. Masuknya agama Islam ke Tatar Sunda menyebabkan terpisahnya komunitas penganut ajaran Sunda Wiwitan yang taat dengan mereka yang kemudian menganut Islam. Ritual keislaman masyarakat Sunda dan keyakinannya masih terdapat pengaruh dari ajaran leluhur seperti meminta pada roh orang baik yang telah meninggal, namun ada yang berpendapat bahwa meminta pada roh orang yang meninggal tersebut hanyalah sebagai penyampai kepada Allah atau dalam kajian Islam disebut dengan tawassul. Kemudian terdapat juga acara peringatan Muludan atau kelahiran Nabi Muhammad Saw yang mana peringatan tersebut juga terdapat ajaran leluhur yang bertentangan Islam, maka acara Muludan tersebut diubah dengan cara memberikan ceramah tentang kisah kelahiran dan kehidupan Nabi Muhammad Saw.

The research method used is a literature review, in which information is collected and analyzed from various sources such as journal articles, books, and related references. The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yang melibatkan Branch Sales Manager, tenaga sales, dan pelanggan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

The application developed in application design is with figma.com and for software development using visual studio code. Questionnaire instruments and questions on systems of linear equations were given to 22 TI21A4 students in the Linear Algebra course. Based on the data that has been obtained and processed, the score for improving student learning outcomes is 0.71 which is considered effective. The improvement is classified as high and includes effective, and the average score of the practicality assessment is 4.2 which is included in the high category. This application also received a positive response from students who have used it, so the Gauss Jordan 3x3 application is suitable for use in learning and determining solutions to linear equations.
