Abstract: Abstract: One of the institutions that stated the poor handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia was the Lowy Institute. On March 13, 2021, Lowy Institute put Indonesia in 89th rank out of 102 countries that were successfully surveyed… rveyed regarding the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an attempt to critique the Lowy Institute's assessment. The COPRAS-AHP hybrid method was used. The AHP method, especially in the pairwise comparison section, is used as a method to determine the validity of the criterion weights. Five criteria were used in determining the ranking of the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in countries in the Southeast Asian region. Each criterion is given a weight that is determined subjectively but by considering the level of importance of each criterion. The weighting of the criteria by using pairwise comparison resulted in: test per population, positive per test, vaccine per population, recovered per positive, deaths per positive. This study produces conclusions that are not much different from the Lowy Institute release. Indonesia is one of the countries where the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic is at a low level, Indonesia is ranked 10th out of 11 countries in the Southeast Asia region, with a utility value 16.29%. Abstract: Abstract: In an effort to control the rate of the spread of Covid-19, the Governor of Sumatera Utara detailed-right of instructions written to perform the extension of PPKM Mikro. One of the scenarios control that is used… d to perform the contact tracing. Many countries have managed to implement technology-based applications as a tool to do contact tracing to the victims who are exposed. On the one hand, the use of application is very helpful in reducing the rate of transmission of Covid-19. But on the other hand, concerns against the use of user data that is secret to be its own obstacles. This study aims to create a tracing system contact Covid-19 using the QR Code. QR Code technology is selected because it can be used as a tracing tool contact without need to take the user's location data confidential. This system developed by applying the waterfall model. The results of the research show that the tracing system contact Covid-19 without using the privacy data of the user is successfully created with the use of QR Code technology is web-based. Using the method of blackbox testing, the results of the test the functionality of the system running well.             Keywords: Contact Tracing, Covid-19; QR Code; Waterfall; Web     Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro.

Fiqh Siyâsah Shar'iyyah Analysis of the Boycott of Pro-Israel Products Based on MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning the Law of Support for the Palestinian Cause

Safdhinar Muhammad An Noor
Abstract: This research article seeks to review and analyze MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning recommendations for calls and calls for boycotts of pro-Israel products based on the views of fiqh siyasah.  The aim is to find out how… ow the fiqh siyasah syar'iyyah views the boycott of pro-Israel products as a form of jihad and defense of the Palestinian state after the issuance of the MUI Fatwa ruling. This research uses a type of library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study found that in the view of fiqh siyasah boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products is mandatory if the boycott is believed to be harmful and difficult to the infidel Zionist Israel, and does not result in mafsadah for Muslims and a larger state than the mafsadah to be minimized. However, if the boycott actually brings violence and adversely affects Muslims, then the law does not become mandatory. Because in the rule that takes precedence is to anticipate the occurrence of mafsadah rather than realizing benefits. This is an effort to weaken the economy so that it can have a significant impact on stopping the military aggression carried out by Israel. That way, it will be very helpful to open a space for conflict peace between the two warring countries. But in various cases, this boycott must also pay attention and consider the negative impacts it causes, so as not to cause violence for Muslims and the country.
