Savoring The Success: Cultivating Innovation And Creativity For Indonesian Culinary MSMEs Growth

Abstract: The culinary industry in Indonesia has witnessed a surge in the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in recent years. These enterprises, known as culinary MSMEs, have played a pivotal role in the country's economic… omic development. To remain competitive in the dynamic market, these MSMEs need to embrace innovative and creative strategies that can drive their growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. To address these challenges, collaboration with external parties, such as the government, research institutions, and universities, can be a crucial step in enhancing the innovation capabilities of these enterprises.

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Performance of Female Civil Servants in Makassar City

Abstract: This study examined the influence of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on the performance of female Civil Servants (ASN) in the city of Makassar. Using a quantitative causal method, this research… rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

The Influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance at PT Kima Makassar

Abstract: The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment, and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance separately and simultaneously. In this research, a quantitative… antitative approach was used, and the sample was 100 people who worked at PT KIMA Makassar. The research results show that Green Training (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The calculated t value is 3.165, lower than the t table value of 1.984, and the significance value is 0.003, less than 0.05. Apart from that, Green Training also has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 4.181, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. On the other hand, Green Transformational Leadership also has a positive impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 7.019, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Apart from that, a simultaneous test was carried out on the influence of Green Training (X1), Green Recruitment (X2), and Green Transformational Leadership (X3) on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The results show a calculated f of 78.706, which exceeds the f table of 2.70, and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Exploring the Role of Brand Equity on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty: A Case Study of Browcyl's Signature Makassar Snacks

Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between consumer-based brand equity and brand loyalty, with an emphasis on the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the specific context of the cake shop segment within the… he restaurant industry. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through LISREL, this research analyzes data collected from customers of Browcyl’s cake shops in Makassar. The model focuses on examining the impact of five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity on customer satisfaction and, subsequently, on brand loyalty. The results indicate that three out of the five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction has a strong, positive impact on brand loyalty. This highlights the pivotal role of certain brand equity elements in enhancing customer satisfaction, which is a key driver of brand loyalty in the cake shop sector. The study offers valuable insights for practitioners in the restaurant industry, particularly in the cake shop sector. It suggests that focusing on specific aspects of brand equity can significantly improve customer satisfaction, leading to increased brand loyalty. This provides a strategic direction for cake shop owners and marketers to strengthen their brand equity in ways that resonate with their customers.

The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. Sistem Penghitungan Jumlah Kendaraan Pada Area Parkir Menggunakan Background Subtraction Dan OpenCV

Abstract: Masalah pengelolaan parkir di Politeknik Jambi sering menyebabkan ketidakefisienan akibat sistem penghitungan manual yang rentan human error. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem penghitungan kendaraan otomatis berbasis… asis pengolahan citra digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Background Subtraction dengan algoritma MOG2 dan OpenCV menggunakan video kamera smartphone. Sistem mengintegrasikan proses preprocessing citra, operasi morfologi, dan Euclidean Distance Tracker untuk melacak serta menghitung kendaraan secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu membedakan kendaraan yang bergerak dengan objek statis secara akurat melalui Virtual Counting Line. Dengan beban komputasi yang ringan dan biaya rendah, sistem ini efektif menjadi solusi otomatisasi manajemen parkir di lingkungan kampus. Parking management issues at Politeknik Jambi often lead to inefficiencies due to manual counting systems prone to human error. This study aims to design an automatic vehicle counting system based on digital image processing. The method utilizes Background Subtraction with the MOG2 algorithm and OpenCV using smartphone video input. The system integrates image preprocessing, morphological operations, and Euclidean Distance Tracker to track and count vehicles in real-time. The results demonstrate that the system can accurately distinguish between moving vehicles and static objects via a Virtual Counting Line. With low computational requirements and cost-effectiveness, this system offers an efficient automation solution for campus parking management.

BUNDA MENYAPA CAMPAIGN: INITIATING INSTITUTIONAL ADVOCACY FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION THROUGH PUBLIC DISCUSSION IN KEDUNGBANTENG, BANYUMAS

Abstract: The Bunda Menyapa Campaign is a community service initiative designed to initiate institutional advocacy for early childhood education through the involvement of Bunda PAUD at the village and sub-district levels. This activity… tivity was conducted in the form of a public discussion involving the Bunda Menyapa PKM project team, Bunda PAUD Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Banyumas District, and college students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The students participated as the proposing group of the campaign idea and as the writers of the Bunda Menyapa campaign song. The activity aimed to formulate the initial embryo of the Bunda Menyapa Campaign as an institutional advocacy model to be proposed to Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Banyumas. The method consisted of participatory public discussion, campaign concept presentation, stakeholder dialogue, theme-song discussion, and initial review of a policy brief proposal. The result of the activity was the formation of an early campaign concept that integrates symbolic leadership, community communication, institutional advocacy, and policy recommendation. The discussion also opened an opportunity for the policy brief proposal to be developed into a practical advocacy document for strengthening PAUD governance in Banyumas District.
