The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi absensi guru yang dirancang berhasil mengintegrasikan teknologi QR Code dengan platform berbasis website, menciptakan solusi yang inovatif dan efisien. Sistem ini menawarkan sejumlah keunggulan signifikan, termasuk proses absensi yang cepat dan akurat, peningkatan keamanan melalui penggunaan QR Code unik untuk setiap guru, serta fleksibilitas dan aksesibilitas tinggi bagi administrator sekolah. The novel tells the story of Kate Adam and Ben Mackenzie, who are liberal and conservative Senate staffers, respectively, and who fall in love despite their ideological differences and professional rivalry. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harapan dan harga diri terhadap kebahagiaan pada orang yang mengalami toxic relationship dengan kesehatan psikologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran terhadap toxic relationship dimulai dengan pengenalan dan identifikasi diri dalam hubungan toxic relationship.
