s, especially among female students, through attractive promotions such as discounts and free shipping. FoMO, which is the fear of missing out on popular opportunities or trends, can drive individuals to make impulsive purchases, even when these purchases do not meet their basic needs. This research employs a quantitative method using FoMO and consumer behavior measurement tools that have been validated. The results of the analysis indicate that FoMO has a positive influence on consumer behavior, with an influence rate of 59.6%. These findings suggest that higher levels of FoMO are associated with a greater likelihood of engaging in consumptive behavior, such as buying items merely to avoid missing out on discounts. This study reinforces the understanding that psychological factors such as FoMO can influence irrational purchasing decisions among adolescent e-commerce users.

ilience and religiosity among medical workers during the pandemic. Resilience is understood as the capacity to adapt positively in the face of adversity, while religiosity refers to the degree of individual religious commitment and involvement. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from validated surveys and qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between resilience and religiosity, suggesting that religiosity serves as a psychological buffer, enhancing resilience levels in medical workers. The study highlights the importance of integrating religiosity and resilience-building interventions into organizational policies to support medical workers during crises. The implications of these findings for future health policies and practices are discussed.

, so it is important to understand the factors that influence social commerce and purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of accessibility and promotion on social commerce, as well as its impact on purchase intention on TikTok Shop users in Sukabumi Regency. With a quantitative approach, this study involved 140 respondents who had made at least three purchases. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. The results of the study indicate that social commerce has a significant effect on accessibility (P Value = 0.000; CR = 4.443) and promotion (P Value = 0.034; CR = 2.116). In addition, purchase intention also has a significant effect on social commerce (P Value = 0.000; CR = 4.513) and accessibility (P Value = 0.049; CR = 1.972). However, purchase intention does not have a significant effect on promotion (P Value = 0.304; CR = 1.027). This study strengthens previous findings that show the importance of social commerce in increasing accessibility and promotion, as well as the relevance of purchase intention in influencing social commerce and accessibility. The implications of this study can help business actors to design more effective marketing strategies, especially through social media platforms such as TikTok Shop.

aws. Using purposive sampling, we adapted and modified measurement tools: Mayanti (2019) for social support (reliability coefficient: 0.952, 28 valid items) and Shabrina (2017) for stress (reliability coefficient: 0.926, 39 valid items). Regression analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between social support and stress (p = 0.000, β = -0.489). Social support accounted for 42.8% of stress variance, leaving 57.2% attributed to other factors. Findings indicate that high social support reduces stress levels, whereas low social support increases stress. Among respondents, 54.6% experienced high stress, while 45.4% reported low stress. , Semarang Regency, Indonesia, the research evaluates its impact on the community's waste management practices and economic potential. The descriptive qualitative method was employed, involving interviews with 30 participants from the Family Empowerment and Welfare Group. Findings reveal that waste banks effectively increase awareness about waste sorting and recycling. Through systematic waste management, including sorting and depositing waste, communities gained both financial benefits and environmental improvements. Data from two implementation phases (June and August 2024) show a significant increase in waste deposits and financial returns for participants. Inorganic waste, such as plastic bottles, used cooking oil, and boxes, were transformed into valuable commodities, demonstrating the circular economy concept. The study highlights the importance of community involvement and education in achieving sustainable waste management. Waste banks not only reduce waste volume at landfills but also contribute to economic resilience, environmental conservation, and social harmony. Indonesia continue to face significant challenges in improving the welfare of their populations, with factors such as Village Funds, labor force participation, and education playing crucial roles in poverty alleviation. This research uses secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and related institutions, employing regression analysis to examine the impact of these variables on per capita income. The results indicate that Village Funds and the Labor Force Participation Rate have a significant positive impact on per capita income, while Average Years of Schooling has a smaller but still significant effect. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in formulating development strategies aimed at improving welfare in underdeveloped areas. Approaches that involve more effective management of Village Funds, improving education quality, and enhancing labor force participation can serve as strategic steps to address economic disparities across regions in Sumatra Island.
