pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data acquisition through literature study, interviews with culinary experts and the community, and analysis of how tutug oncom rice is presented in various media, this research tries to reveal the deep meaning behind tutug oncom rice. The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. Overall, this research shows that food is not just a daily necessity. Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that family income, mother's education level, and access to social assistance programs significantly affect family economic resilience. The data processing in this research uses Descriptive Statistical Analysis to describe the economic characteristics of families, such as income, expenditure, and welfare indicators. The results of this study indicate that early marriage has a significant impact on the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village, as reflected in decreased income and increased health burdens. These findings also highlight the importance of women's economic empowerment programs and improved access to education as efforts to enhance the welfare of families involved in early marriage. Interventions targeting education, health, and changes in social norms are crucial for improving the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village.

The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.

Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.
