holistic education, which not only focuses on the intellectual aspect but also includes moral and spiritual development. The method used in this study is a literature study, by analyzing interpretations and related literature that discusses the relationship between education, morality, and character. The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. This research concludes that education based on the principles of the Qur'an has a crucial role in creating individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble ethics, which ultimately contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society.

earnings management, and sales growth. Using a quantitative method, hypothesis testing was conducted based on secondary data collected from the financial statements of energy companies. Through a purposive sampling approach, the analysis included 20 companies, resulting in a dataset consisting of 73 observations. The analysis revealed several interesting findings: profitability did not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, while company size was found to have a significantly positive impact. Meanwhile, earnings management did not significantly contribute to tax avoidance, and sales growth demonstrated a significantly negative relationship with tax avoidance. ependent variables analyzed include Tax Planning, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy, while the dependent variable is Firm Value. This research utilizes secondary data from financial statements, with sample selection using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 65 observations from 13 companies that meet the established criteria. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that Tax Planning has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, while Sales Growth does not show a significant effect. On the other hand, Dividend Policy has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on Firm Value. These findings provide valuable insights for management and stakeholders in formulating corporate strategies to enhance firm value through more effective tax and dividend policies.

This study aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of dermatitis in prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary in 2024. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling on 1124 prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary by conducting interviews. Prisoners' knowledge was in the good category as much as 40.4% of respondents. Attitudes in the positive category were 37.2% of respondents. Prisoners with housing that meets the requirements are 21.3% of respondents. Bathing habits were in the good category as many as 53.2% of respondents. Clothing cleanliness was in the good category as many as 37.2% of respondents. Towel cleanliness was in the good category as many as 41.5% of respondents.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.
