Telah Hadis Shahih Bukhari No. 1286 Tentang Menangisi Mayit

Sholihah, Nafi Atush, Nasrulloh Nasrulloh, Sodiq, Jafar
Abstract: Hadis tentang menangisi mayit khususnya riwayat Abdullah bin Umar, termasuk hadis yang mendapat perhatian khusus dalam khazanah studi hadis karena memuat keterangan bahwa mayit mengalami siksa akibat tangisan keluarganya,… This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

The Effect of Manure Dosage and Types of Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) on the Generative Phase of Bird’s Eye Chili (Capsicum frutescens L)

Putri Rizkia, Hilda Pratiwi, Mizan Maulana
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of manure dosage and types of plant growth regulators (PGRs), as well as their interaction, on the generative phase of bird’s eye chili plants (Capsicum frutescens L.) in order to… o improve productivity, which remains fluctuating due to suboptimal cultivation practices. The research was conducted from February to March 2026 at the experimental field of the Pusat Riset Bisnis Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) of 4 × 3 with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure (control, 1 kg/plant, 1.5 kg/plant, and 2 kg/plant), while the second factor was the type of natural PGR (onion extract, rice water, and coconut water). Data were collected through direct observations on several parameters, including number of fruits, fruit weight, fresh biomass weight, root fresh weight, and root length, and were then analyzed to determine the effects of treatments and their interactions.          The results showed that certain doses of manure had a significant effect on increasing yield and root growth, while natural PGRs were able to enhance flowering, reduce flower drop, and accelerate fruit formation. The interaction between both treatments indicated that the optimal combination produced higher results compared to single treatments. The novelty of this study lies in the use of a combination of manure and natural PGRs based on local materials as a strategy to improve the generative phase. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a scientific reference for the development of sustainable cultivation techniques, as well as learning material and further research in the fields of agronomy and horticulture.

Integration of Neuroscience Principles in Science Learning Media: A PICO-Based Systematic Literature Review

Winarni, Susi, Supena, Asep
Abstract: Science education at the elementary school level plays a crucial role in fostering scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills from an early age. Nevertheless, science instruction in elementary schools often… en remains teacher-centered, verbalistic, and insufficient in promoting meaningful scientific literacy. In response to these challenges, neuroscience provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for designing learning media that align with how the brain processes, stores, and retrieves information. This study aims to systematically examine the integration of neuroscience principles into science learning media and their effects on elementary students' scientific literacy. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ databases. The review followed four stages: identification, selection, quality appraisal, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that neuroscience-based interventions—such as Augmented Reality (AR), Brain-Based Learning (BBL), interactive multimedia, and multisensory instructional strategies—consistently improve students' motivation, attention, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and scientific literacy compared to conventional instructional approaches. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of neuroscience-based science learning media through a PICO-oriented framework, highlighting the interaction between cognitive, affective, and technological dimensions of learning. The findings provide important implications for science education, particularly in guiding the development of neuroscience-informed learning media and instructional designs to enhance scientific literacy in elementary schools.

Implementation of Brain-Based Learning to Reduce Mathematics Anxiety in the Teaching of Fractions at Primary School

Erni Nurjanah, Asep Supena
Abstract: This research examines the application of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model to reduce math anxiety in teaching fractions at the elementary school level. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest–posttest… t quasi-experimental control group design involving two fifth-grade classes: one experimental class that received fraction instruction through BBL and one control class that was taught using conventional methods, with 40 students in each group. Mathematics anxiety related to fractions was measured using a modified mathematics anxiety scale for elementary school students, while fraction achievement was evaluated through a valid written test. The results showed that both groups had relatively equivalent initial abilities, supported by normal and homogeneous pretest data and no significant differences in pretest scores. After the intervention, the experimental class showed consistently lower levels of anxiety related to fractions in all dimensions (tests/assessments, classroom learning situations, fraction tasks, and fraction avoidance) and significantly higher post-test scores than the control class, with an average difference of about seven points. The findings show that BBL, which aligns the learning process with the way the brain naturally learns by fostering positive emotions, multisensory experiences, and meaningful social interaction, is effective in improving students' understanding of fractions while simultaneously reducing their math anxiety. This study offers a unique perspective by conducting an experimental trial of BBL as a targeted intervention for math anxiety related to fractions in Indonesian elementary schools and highlighting its potential as a neuroeducation-based pedagogical strategy to foster numeracy and emotional well-being in math learning.

Legal Protection for Teachers Against Threats of Physical Violence from Parents at School

Tatik Ernawati, M. Syahrul Borman, Dedi Wardana Nasoetion, Vallencia Nandya Paramitha, Hartoyo Hartoyo
Abstract: The teaching profession plays a strategic role in advancing national education, as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. However, teachers frequently face challenges, including threats of physical… al violence from students’ parents, which undermine their dignity and safety in the educational environment. This study addresses the problem of how legal frameworks provide protection for teachers and whether existing regulations adequately ensure their rights and security. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for teachers under the Criminal Code, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Ministerial Regulations concerning teacher protection. The study employs a normative juridical method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, relying on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed through qualitative interpretation and juridical argumentation. The results indicate that although legal instruments exist, their implementation remains weak due to the absence of technical regulations, limited institutional coordination, and insufficient support systems for teachers at the school level. The study concludes that derivative regulations and integrated mechanisms are essential for ensuring effective protection. It recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, establishing school-level protection units, and enhancing teachers’ legal literacy.

Legal Protection For Consumers In Digital Transactions: Case Study And Analysis

Sri Anggraini Kusuma Dewi
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for consumers in digital transactions in Indonesia. The method used is library research with a normative juridical approach. The results of the study indicate… ate that Indonesia actually has an adequate legal basis to protect digital consumers, which is primarily sourced from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. These regulations have set out basic principles such as the obligation of business actors to provide honest information, consumer rights to security, and the recognition of electronic evidence. However, its implementation in the field encounters various significant obstacles. Case studies on e-commerce and fintech platforms reveal that consumer losses still often occur, such as products that do not match the description, difficulties with refunds, and the vulnerability of personal data. The key finding of this study is that the main challenge lies not in the legal vacuum, but in three aspects: (1) low digital literacy and consumer law so that they are not optimal in fighting for their rights; (2) alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as BPSK and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) which are not yet effective, fast, and easily accessible; and (3) weak supervision and law enforcement against unscrupulous business actors in the digital space. Therefore, it is concluded that digital consumer protection efforts require a holistic approach that relies not only on regulations, but also through massive public education, strengthening dispute resolution institutions, and closer synergy between the government, business actors, and the community.

Fulfillment of the Right to Reduction of Prison Sentence for Drug Convicts

Amas Madina, Hartoyo Hartoyo, Fathul Hamdani, Fitri Ayuningtyas, Siti Marwiyah
Abstract: This study examines the fulfillment of remission rights for drug offenders in Indonesia following the enactment of Government Regulation No. 99 of 2012, which introduced restrictive provisions inconsistent with the rehabilitative… ilitative vision of Law No. 12 of 1995. The research problem lies in the normative contradiction between correctional laws oriented toward behavioural reform and derivative regulations that prioritise punitive measures. The study aims to evaluate the implementation of remission regulations and their alignment with principles of justice and human rights. Employing a normative legal research design, it analyses statutes, judicial decisions, doctrines, and comparative law. Findings reveal that remission has shifted from a universal right to a conditional privilege, disproportionately affecting low-level drug offenders, exacerbating prison overcrowding, and weakening legal certainty. The study concludes that policy reform is necessary through individualised assessments, restorative justice integration, independent oversight, and regulatory harmonisation to restore fairness and uphold human rights.

Ibadurrahman, Muhammad, Asep Supriyadi, Muhamad Nizan Solahudin, Wawan Ridwan, Lina Nuraini, Aas Solihat, Andriyana Andriyana
Abstract: The advancement of digital technology has paved the way for the emergence of various mobile learning applications increasingly used within the context of Islamic education. This phenomenon not only reflects the trend of… integrating technology into modern learning systems but also raises fundamental questions about how these applications are designed and how far they impact learners’ experiences and learning outcomes. This article presents a systematic review of scholarly studies discussing the use of mobile applications in Islamic studies education. The review focuses on two key aspects: the design principles employed in application development and the learning outcomes achieved following their use. The review involved selecting literature from the past six years using specific inclusion criteria, including content relevance, source credibility, and its connection to mobile learning practices in Islamic education. Analysis reveals that designs considering cultural appropriateness, user interface interactivity, and integration of Islamic values positively influence students' emotional engagement, motivation, and content comprehension. Learning outcomes also extend into affective and spiritual domains, not merely cognitive. These findings serve as an initial foundation for developers and educators to build an adaptive, meaningful, and value-based Islamic mobile learning ecosystem.
