ate that Indonesia actually has an adequate legal basis to protect digital consumers, which is primarily sourced from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. These regulations have set out basic principles such as the obligation of business actors to provide honest information, consumer rights to security, and the recognition of electronic evidence. However, its implementation in the field encounters various significant obstacles. Case studies on e-commerce and fintech platforms reveal that consumer losses still often occur, such as products that do not match the description, difficulties with refunds, and the vulnerability of personal data. The key finding of this study is that the main challenge lies not in the legal vacuum, but in three aspects: (1) low digital literacy and consumer law so that they are not optimal in fighting for their rights; (2) alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as BPSK and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) which are not yet effective, fast, and easily accessible; and (3) weak supervision and law enforcement against unscrupulous business actors in the digital space. Therefore, it is concluded that digital consumer protection efforts require a holistic approach that relies not only on regulations, but also through massive public education, strengthening dispute resolution institutions, and closer synergy between the government, business actors, and the community.

ng and Optimization of Management Resources) framework, the research integrates elements of local wisdom and organizational support within a systemic approach to human resource development. The exploratory qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to uncover major determinants influencing professional commitment. From the thematic analysis, four principal variables emerged—teamwork, organizational climate, religiosity, and work motivation—which were validated through expert judgment. Quantitative verification was subsequently performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to examine both direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The analysis confirmed that all variables exert positive and significant effects on lecturers’ professional commitment, with work motivation being the most dominant factor. To refine improvement priorities, the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory for Conducting Operational Research in Educational Management) method was applied, identifying indicators that should be improved, maintained, or further developed. The findings offer empirical and practical insights, including: (1) a validated POP-SDM–based commitment model combining cultural and organizational dimensions; (2) evidence-based strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism; and (3) an optimization framework to guide sustainable lecturer development in higher education institutions.

The application of technology is also considered a means to facilitate discussion and reflection on teaching ethics. The contribution of Islamic educational philosophy to ethical development is explained through the relevance of ethical concepts. A deep understanding of monotheism, justice, compassion, and honesty are promoted as the main foundations in shaping Islamic character. The relevance of these ethical concepts in the context of Islamic education is found in the integration of moral values into the curriculum and teaching practices, thus providing concrete guidelines in everyday life. Recommendations are made for improving the education system, including further integration of ethical concepts into the curriculum and community involvement in ethical development. Furthermore, research development and collaboration between academics and educational practitioners are proposed as an effort to support further understanding and implementation of ethical concepts in Islamic education.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for investor protection against stock fraud, analyse its practical implementation, and recommend measures to strengthen both preventive and repressive mechanisms. Employing a normative legal research design with a qualitative approach, the study integrates statute, conceptual, and case approaches, focusing on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, OJK regulations, the Criminal Code, and notable cases such as PT Hanson International Tbk. The findings reveal that while the legal framework normatively aligns with the Legal Protection Theory, Justice Theory, and Legal Effectiveness Theory, substantial gaps remain between regulation and enforcement. Weak supervisory coordination, delayed intervention, lengthy judicial processes, and low investor legal literacy reduce effectiveness. Recommended reforms include adopting regtech and suptech, enhancing cross-agency data integration, implementing AI-based surveillance, establishing a specialised capital market court, and strengthening investor education. The study concludes that combining regulatory improvements, adaptive enforcement, and public legal empowerment is essential to safeguard investors, maintain market integrity, and promote sustainable economic growth.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisis konsep pendidikan menurut Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, dan (2) mengkaji relevansi konsep pendidikan Al-Attas terhadap konsep pendidikan di Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research (penelitian kepustakaan) yang diperkuat dengan pendekatan filosofis dan historis. Data primer diperoleh dari karya-karya Al-Attas, terutama The Concept of Education in Islam, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari berbagai literatur pendukung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif, induktif, historis, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, konsep pendidikan Al-Attas berpusat pada konsep ta'dib yang komprehensif, mencakup penanaman adab, islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan, penghormatan terhadap fitrah, integrasi pengetahuan dalam kerangka tauhid, dan pendidikan holistik yang mengembangkan aspek intelektual, spiritual, dan moral secara seimbang. Kedua, konsep pendidikan Al-Attas memiliki relevansi signifikan dengan pendidikan di Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining, tercermin dalam: penerapan konsep adab dalam sistem pengasuhan santri, integrasi ilmu agama dan umum dalam kurikulum, pengembangan fitrah santri melalui pendekatan individual, peran sentral kyai dan ustadz sebagai model spiritual, serta pendidikan holistik yang mencakup aspek ibadah, akhlak, intelektual, dan keterampilan. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

This article presents a systematic review of scholarly studies discussing the use of mobile applications in Islamic studies education. The review focuses on two key aspects: the design principles employed in application development and the learning outcomes achieved following their use. The review involved selecting literature from the past six years using specific inclusion criteria, including content relevance, source credibility, and its connection to mobile learning practices in Islamic education. Analysis reveals that designs considering cultural appropriateness, user interface interactivity, and integration of Islamic values positively influence students' emotional engagement, motivation, and content comprehension. Learning outcomes also extend into affective and spiritual domains, not merely cognitive. These findings serve as an initial foundation for developers and educators to build an adaptive, meaningful, and value-based Islamic mobile learning ecosystem.

cle aims to systematically examine eight empirical publications from 2021 to 2025 that explore the application of this model within IRE contexts. The review focuses on instructional design, pedagogical outcomes, and implementation challenges. Findings from the analyzed studies suggest that applying the flipped classroom model in IRE can enhance students’ cognitive understanding, foster learning motivation, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. However, the effectiveness of this model depends heavily on the quality of digital learning design, the teacher’s readiness to facilitate active learning, and the ability to meaningfully integrate Islamic values into the learning process. In addition, this model faces several challenges, including limitations in technological infrastructure, lack of professional teacher training, and the need for curriculum adaptation. This study highlights the importance of systemic support and digital competency development among educators to ensure that flipped classroom implementation is not merely a technical strategy, but a means of strengthening the spiritual dimension and core values of Islamic education in the digital age.

ygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory and the Socialisation Theory, the study evaluates how the duration and frequency of gadget use influence key social competencies, including verbal communication, cooperative behavior, and empathy in children aged 3 to 6 years. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional design, the study collected data from 100 children using parent-administered questionnaires and direct observational methods, followed by analysis through multiple linear regression. The findings demonstrate that both the duration and frequency of gadget use exert a statistically significant influence on children’s social interaction (p < 0.05), accounting for 19% of the variance (R² = 0.190). The remaining variation is likely influenced by external variables such as parenting styles, digital content quality, and psychological factors. These outcomes underscore the importance of regulated gadget use, active parental involvement, and integrative educational practices that promote both digital literacy and interpersonal development.

earch focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.
