Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Pangandaran bahwa efektivitas pada Mal Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Pangandaran belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator yang belum optimal yaitu pada indikator stuktur organisasi yaitu stuktur yang masih mengikuti stuktur Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan, indikator lingkungan interen yaitu mengenai belum optimalnya sumber daya manusai yang ada, dan indikator keterbukaan informasi masih belum optimalnyaa sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Pangndaran. Teori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori menurut Sutrisno (2018:90) yaitu Karakterisitk Organisasi, Karakteristik Lingkungan, Karakterisitik Karyawan, dan Kebijakan Praktik Manajemen. The results showed that there is a decline in the quality and quantity of employee performance, such as high absenteeism, lack of discipline, and vacant positions in the organisational structure. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

Based on the research results, the availability of adequate health facilities and equipment at BPJS counters can help officers in carrying out their duties in providing services to BPJS participants and is a factor that influences services at BPJS counters in Merauke-General Region. the affected hospitals are physical evidence. In accessing health services, officers must be sensitive in handling patient complaints and nursing staff must be responsive in resolving complaints from BPJS participants. The informants selected were key informants, namely the village head and a community figure, as well as additional informants consisting of two company officials, four employees who lived in Wonua Morome Village, and four community members. So the total informants in this investigation were 12 people, and several key informants came from village officials. The emergence of industrial areas in an area is believed to bring positive and negative factors to the lives of people in that area, such as positive social impacts, namely that industry can provide employment opportunities for local residents. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village opens up employment opportunities for the local community. And the negative social aspect is contact with crocodiles which can cause social conflict. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village has led to land conflicts between immigrants and local residents. The positive economic impact is to increase village cash income. The presence of businesses in Wonua Morome Village increases the village's cash income. Negative economic impacts include industrial waste which is dangerous for the environment and pollutes people's agricultural land, causing losses.

ang menjadi latar belakang pelaksanaan program ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory rural appraisal (PRA) dengan melibatkan 5 peternak sebagai peserta. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi survei pendahuluan, koordinasi dengan tokoh masyarakat, diskusi intensif, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan selama satu minggu. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup kandungan nutrisi batang pisang, teknik pengolahan, dan metode pemberian pakan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari rata-rata nilai 45,6 menjadi 82,3. Implementasi program berhasil menurunkan biaya pakan sebesar 35% dengan penghematan sekitar Rp 450.000 per peternak per bulan. Pengamatan terhadap ternak menunjukkan tingkat konsumsi pakan yang signifikan, tidak adanya efek negatif terhadap kesehatan, dan peningkatan bobot badan yang stabil. Program ini memberikan manfaat ganda, yaitu mengatasi permasalahan pakan ternak sekaligus mengurangi limbah pertanian, sehingga berkontribusi positif terhadap lingkungan.

Oleh karena itu, pengukuran kinerja perusahaan saat ini tidak lagi hanya berfokus pada kinerja laporan keuangan tetapi juga kinerja non-keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk., dan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang tercermin dalam metode pendekatan balance scorecard. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan sebesar 71,5%. Sedangkan persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan adalah sebesar 42,8%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kategori baik pada kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. yang berada pada kategori cukup baik.

Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis temuan mengacu pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) serta Model Keberhasilan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM memiliki persepsi positif terhadap Coretax karena dinilai membantu proses perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan pajak secara lebih efisien. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna, seperti kesulitan memahami fitur dan istilah perpajakan, gangguan server, lambatnya akses sistem, serta tampilan antarmuka yang kurang nyaman. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi wajib pajak terhadap layanan Coretax dipengaruhi oleh manfaat yang dirasakan, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas informasi yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan, penyederhanaan antarmuka, serta penyajian informasi yang lebih mudah dipahami guna mendukung keberhasilan implementasi Coretax pada sektor UMKM.

Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 103 perusahaan sektor Bahan Baku yang telah go public dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 28 perusahaan pada tahun 2020-2022 sehingga bahwa total observasi pada penelitian ini adalah 84. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Price to Book Value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikan 0,009<0,05.
