Abstract:The study concludes that taxpayer compliance is driven by various economic, social-psychological, and demographic factors. Economic factors, such as reasonable tax rates and the enforcement of effective penalties, play a…
significant role in improving compliance. Additionally, social-psychological aspects, including increased tax awareness, trust in government, and social norms, are critical in influencing taxpayer behavior. Demographic characteristics, such as age, education, and income levels, also affect compliance likelihood. To foster higher tax compliance, governments must adopt a comprehensive strategy that combines economic incentives, social influence, and educational initiatives. Addressing these diverse factors can lead to a more efficient tax system and encourage voluntary compliance among taxpayers.

pondents. The results of the research show that service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, based partially on the calculation results that the t-calculated value of the product quality variable is ( 6.435), the t-calculated value of the price variable is (3.223) and the t-calculated value of the service quality variable (3.752) is greater than the t-table value (1.660) and the sig value of all variables is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The calculation results show that the F-count value = 30,946 is greater than the F-table value = 2.70 (30,946 > 2.70) and significance value = 0.000 (smaller than α = 0.05). (0.000 < 0.05).
Abstract:Contemporary society's life is very dependent on entertainment. Some people choose to spend their free time in malls or shopping centers because of limited time and increasing busyness. One of these family entertainment…
centers is Timezone, which has outlets in several malls in Makassar city, such as Ratu Indah Mall, Panakkukang Mall, and Nipah Mall. And we focused our research on Timezone Mall Panakkukang. Timezone needs to improve itself to improve the quality of product so that customers are satisfied and can survive the competition. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method and distributes surveys to Timezone customers. The type of data used is primary data. This research used a non-purposive sample, with a sample size of 50 people. To test survey data for validity and effectiveness using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression it means that variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (product price) have no effect on variable Y (customer satisfaction timezone).

lu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).
