Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.

The review results show that AI improves efficiency in recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee skills development, but also presents ethical challenges such as algorithmic bias and personal data protection. In addition, companies that are successful in adopting AI implement reskilling and upskilling strategies to ensure workforce readiness. This study provides insights for academics and practitioners in developing HR policies that balance technological efficiency and a human value-based approach.

ffee farmers still face several problems both internally and externally. Therefore, research is needed to determine the strategy for developing Arabica coffee farming businesses in Enrekang Regency by examining the analysis of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were coffee farmers and traders, determined intentionally. Data collection used in the study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the strategy applied to coffee farming is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), or is in a dynamic growth position, or is in a strength-opportunity strategy position (using strengths to take advantage of opportunities in decision making). This shows that there is an opportunity to develop Arabica coffee farming, in addition to having greater strengths compared to its weaknesses, it also has greater opportunities compared to its threats.

Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

Employing a case study methodology, the research analyzes companies that have successfully implemented effective HR strategies, including employee development, competitive compensation policies, performance management, and wellness programs. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, executives, and employees, as well as internal document analysis and direct workplace observation. The findings indicate that effective HR practices can reduce costs, enhance productivity, and lower turnover rates, all contributing to improved financial performance. The results support Wright and McMahan's (2011) theory that effective HR management acts as an enabler for achieving competitive advantage. The study also aligns with Huselid’s (1995) research, which highlights the importance of competitive compensation policies in boosting productivity and financial health. This research underscores the significance of aligning HR strategies with financial goals and adopting best practices in HR management to improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable financial objectives.

experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

This study explores the synergistic role of financial literacy and digital transformation in enhancing MSME performance and competitiveness. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal that the average financial literacy level among MSME actors in Indonesia is only 38%, leading to poor financial management and limited access to formal financing. On the other hand, only 16% of MSMEs have integrated digital technologies into their operations, with those who did reporting significant improvements in efficiency and revenue. The integration of financial literacy with digital tools was found to have a multiplier effect, enabling better resource management, improved decision-making, and enhanced market competitiveness. This study highlights the importance of targeted policies to combine financial literacy training with digital technology adoption. By addressing challenges such as infrastructure limitations and resistance to change, stakeholders can foster inclusive economic growth and empower MSMEs to thrive in the digital economy.

The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi.
