This article aims to conceptually examine pathways toward financial independence in Islamic educational institutions through a zero capital approach. Employing a qualitative library research design, this study critically analyzes scholarly books and peer-reviewed journal articles related to Islamic education management, social entrepreneurship, and non-profit organizational governance. The findings reveal that financial independence is not solely determined by the availability of financial capital, but rather by the institution’s capacity to optimize non-financial assets, including social capital, intellectual capital, and symbolic capital. The zero capital approach emerges as a transitional strategy that encourages the effective utilization of internal resources, competency-based productive innovation, and operational efficiency through digitalization. The novelty of this article lies in repositioning financial independence as a structural, asset-based process aligned with Islamic values, rather than as an instant outcome driven by monetary capital. This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic education management discourse and offers strategic insights for institutional leaders seeking sustainable financial independence under resource constraints.

The implementation method included problem identification, tool design and construction, implementation at partner locations, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the tool can help IoT-based systems maintain stable fermentation temperatures, improve dough quality consistency, and increase production efficiency. This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.

and secondary data, which consist of 60 monthly observations from January 2020 to December 2024. The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. n ini mengusulkan model hibrida Fuzzy-Weighted Product. Logika Fuzzy diterapkan untuk mentransformasikan istilah linguistik menjadi Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) dan skor tegas (crisp), sementara metode Weighted Product digunakan untuk mengagregasikan skor tersebut berdasarkan bobot multi-kriteria. Model ini dievaluasi melalui studi kasus yang melibatkan sepuluh pegawai honorer berdasarkan lima kriteria: disiplin, tanggung jawab, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, dan inisiatif. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida ini berhasil meminimalkan subjektivitas penilai dan menghasilkan perengkingan yang dapat direproduksi secara matematis. Analisis sensitivitas mengonfirmasi stabilitas hasil peringkat akhir, sehingga model Hibrida Fuzzy Weighted Product yang diusulkan ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja utama dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja di sektor publik.
Performance evaluation of honorary employees in public institutions often relies on subjective linguistic assessments, leading to evaluator bias and limited accountability. To address this, this paper proposes a Hybrid Fuzzy-Weighted Product (Fuzzy-Weighted Product) model. Fuzzy Logic is adopted to transform linguistic terms into Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) and crisp scores, while the Weighted Product method aggregates these scores based on multi-criteria weights. The model was evaluated using a case study of ten honorary employees across five criteria: discipline, responsibility, work quality, cooperation, and initiative. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid model successfully minimizes evaluator subjectivity and delivers mathematically reproducible rankings. A sensitivity analysis confirms the stability of the final rankings, making the proposed Hybrid Fuzzy–Weighted Product model highly suitable as a core framework for decision-support systems in public sector performance appraisal.

In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. Based on atmospheric conditions seen from radiosonde observation data, the stability index value shows that unstable conditions trigger heavy rain which causes flooding
