. Many individuals with autism face challenges in sensory processing. There is a growing need for effective intervention and support for people with autism in special education using creative art forms in Ghana. Creative arts such as painting, sculpture and poetry have shown promises in promoting communication, self-confidence, creativity, social interaction and emotional expression in people with autism. These art forms provide powerful tools for autistic people to interact with their friends and families around them in Ghana and the world with the help of assistive technology. The study explored the different approaches, methods and results of these interventions by using qualitative multiple case studies at Little Haven School and Evergreen Autistic Academy in Ghana. The study employed photographs, interviews and observations as research instruments. The results of this study contribute to the development of evidence-based practices which helps inform policy makers, educators, therapists and other stakeholders involved in autism support. Ultimately, the goal is to improve the well-being and quality of life of people with autism in Ghana and their families by promoting inclusive and accessible interventions that harness the power of creative art forms using assistive technology.

The present research examines the effects of Geopolitical risk (GPR) on the stock performance of 76 publicly listed healthcare companies in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore) during 2015-2024. According to the Caldara and Iacoviello GPR Index, this study utilizes Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) the results show that though general Geopolitical Risk and Inflation are strongly negatively impacting the stock performance, specific Geopolitical Acts (GPRA) and Threats (GPRT) are having a positive response indicating a necessity premium in which investors expect a boom in demand of medical supplies once a conflict is realized. It concludes that the healthcare industry is not a safe haven but a highly fragmented environment in which inflation poses a greater threat to companies than political instability. The study advises that investors should consider a bottom-up approach, specifically micro-resilience screening, and that corporate managers should focus on supply chain decoupling and inflation hedging to address the Resilience Gap identified in the region.

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.

f interviews conducted by the author with the owner of the yellow chip business, it can be explained that the problems that occur are that this business does not yet have a shop for selling and still uses the manual method of ordering and recording in the ledger, this method is less helpful because errors often occur during ordering data collection. Haven't found a way to get more customers in the yellow chips business. For this reason, a special application for selling kemuning chips is needed that connects customers with business owners, so the researchers apply the Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) method to develop a sales and ordering information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The E-CRM method is expected to help and make it easier for business actors to expand promotions, sales and for customers to facilitate the process of choosing the type of chips.

Abstrak Kota kisaran merupakan kota yang terletak di kabupaten asahan dimana sebagian dari penduduk nya melakukan kegiatan dengan berjualan. Usaha keripik kemuning merupakan salah satu rumah produksi yang menjual bermacam jenis keripik. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan penulis dengan pemilik usaha keripik kemuning dapat dijelaskan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu usaha ini belum memiliki toko untuk tempat berjualan dan masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pemesanan dan pencatatan pada buku besar, cara ini kurang membantu dikarnakan sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat pendataan pemesanan. Belum menemukan cara untuk mendapatkan pelanggan yang lebih banyak pada usaha keripik kemuning. Untuk itu diperlukannya sebuah aplikasi khusus penjualan produk keripik kemuning yang menghubungkan antara pelanggan dengan pemilik usaha, maka peneliti menerapkan metode Elektronik Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan dan pemesanan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode E-CRM diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah pelaku usaha untuk memperluas promosi, penjualan dan bagi pelanggan untuk memudahkan dalam proses pemilihan jenis keripik.
