gital social capital in the reconfiguration of global education economies, emphasizing its effects on knowledge flows, pedagogical innovation, credentialing, and institutional strategy. Drawing on a comprehensive review of interdisciplinary literature from sociology, economics, education studies, and information and communication technology (ICT), the study develops a conceptual framework that positions digital social networks as both a social and economic asset. The analysis highlights the opportunities and challenges associated with digital social capital, including its potential to enhance learning outcomes, generate economic value, and expand global connectivity, as well as its dependence on access, digital literacy, and policy frameworks. This paper contributes to the literature by providing a multi-dimensional theoretical model that explains how digital social capital mediates structural transformations in education and offers insights for policymakers, educators, and institutions seeking to leverage digital networks for equitable and sustainable educational outcomes. The findings also underscore the need for inclusive policies to mitigate digital inequalities and optimize the benefits of networked learning in a global context.
Abstract:Climate change is increasingly recognized as a major driver of internal displacement, particularly in fragile states like Libya where environmental shocks intersect with political instability and weak governance. This study…
udy investigates how climate-induced internal displacement affects social cohesion in Libya’s coastal cities, focusing on Tripoli, Misrata, and Benghazi. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations involving internally displaced persons (IDPs), host community members, and local stakeholders. Findings reveal that environmental factors such as drought and flooding have forced vulnerable populations to migrate from Libya’s interior regions to urban coastal centers. These displacements have strained public services, exacerbated competition for resources, and led to growing tensions between displaced populations and host communities. Social trust, mutual support, and access to services have all been undermined, while IDPs often face legal invisibility, psychological stress, and marginalization. Despite these challenges, the research identifies promising local initiatives that have fostered integration and rebuilt social ties, including joint livelihood programs and inclusive municipal governance efforts. However, these efforts remain fragmented and unsustainable without broader policy support. The study concludes that to prevent further erosion of social cohesion, Libya must adopt a national legal framework to recognize and protect climate-displaced persons, strengthen municipal capacities, and integrate displacement considerations into urban planning and climate adaptation strategies. This article contributes to emerging literature on climate migration and urban resilience by providing grounded, context-specific insights into how environmental displacement reshapes the social fabric in post-conflict settings.

s, and strategic frameworks essential for sustainable growth. The research highlights the interconnections between technology adoption, policy frameworks, and market access, emphasizing the need for an inclusive approach that addresses the needs of smallholder farmers who constitute a significant portion of the agricultural workforce. Through a comprehensive review of current literature, case studies, and empirical data analysis, the study identifies key challenges facing the agricultural sector, such as climate change, land degradation, and access to resources. Innovations in agricultural practices, including precision farming, biotechnology, and sustainable land management, are discussed as vital components for enhancing productivity and resilience. Additionally, the role of policy interventions in promoting agricultural research and development, facilitating access to markets, and ensuring food security is critically assessed. The findings indicate that fostering collaboration among stakeholders—governments, private sectors, and local communities—is crucial for achieving sustainable agricultural development. Ultimately, this research aims to provide actionable insights and policy recommendations that promote agricultural innovation and improve the livelihoods of farmers, thereby contributing to enhanced food security and economic prosperity.

ilience and religiosity among medical workers during the pandemic. Resilience is understood as the capacity to adapt positively in the face of adversity, while religiosity refers to the degree of individual religious commitment and involvement. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from validated surveys and qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between resilience and religiosity, suggesting that religiosity serves as a psychological buffer, enhancing resilience levels in medical workers. The study highlights the importance of integrating religiosity and resilience-building interventions into organizational policies to support medical workers during crises. The implications of these findings for future health policies and practices are discussed.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the determinants of Propensity to Indebtedness among civil servants (ASN) and employees/entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The main focus of the research includes the influence of financial behavior biases,…
iases, emotions, culture, and materialism on the tendency to incur debt, as well as how financial literacy, job security, and religiosity moderate these relationships. A quantitative approach was used in this study, employing an ex post facto design supported by a survey questionnaire. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with 400 respondents selected through simple random sampling. The results show that financial behavior biases, such as overconfidence and aversion regret, have a positive and significant effect on Propensity to Indebtedness. Emotions and culture also have significant influences, where emotional impulsivity and consumption-driven cultural values affect the tendency to incur debt. Materialism was found to strongly influence decisions to incur debt to fulfill lifestyle needs. Additionally, the moderating effect of financial literacy strengthens the relationship between financial behavior biases and Propensity to Indebtedness, indicating that better financial understanding helps individuals make wiser decisions. Job security also strengthens this relationship by providing emotional and financial stability. On the other hand, religiosity weakens the influence of emotions and materialism on Propensity to Indebtedness, although practical approaches are still needed to strengthen these effects. This research contributes academically by expanding insights into financial behavior and debt management, and it provides practical implications for the development of effective financial education programs aimed at improving financial literacy among Indonesian society.
