in front of an audience, whether in the form of speeches, presentations, lectures, or discussions. Public speaking is a crucial skill in various aspects of life, ranging from education to the professional world. This ability not only helps in academic presentations but also impacts how a person communicates and influences others. At the high school level and equivalent, students begin preparing for the next stage in their education or entering the workforce. Many challenges arise for students when speaking in front of an audience in a formal setting and explaining their presentations. Students face difficulties due to a lack of self-confidence, nervousness, panic, and a lack of mastery over the material they will present. In addition to a lack of self-confidence, other challenges include limited vocabulary, low communication skills, fear of judgment from others, and insufficient preparation. Basic public speaking training at Al Ma'shum High School in Kisaran would be highly beneficial for students to boost their self-confidence, enhance their communication skills, sharpen their critical and logical thinking abilities, and equip them for entering the workforce. The basic public speaking training will involve methods such as self-introduction exercises, role-playing, speech structure practice, impromptu speaking, expression training, intonation and articulation exercises, as well as feedback and evaluation.

Anthropological analysis reveals that while ecotourism provides alternative livelihoods and fosters local pride, it also introduces challenges regarding cultural commodification, shifts in communal values, and spatial contestation. The findings indicate that the local community exercises significant agency by integrating their ancestral kinship networks (siri’ na pacce) into modern tourism management. This cultural adaptation serves as a mechanism for community resilience, ensuring that external commercial pressures do not fully erode local identity. This study concludes that sustainable tourism development in heritage sites like Rammang-Rammang depends on recognizing local communities not merely as stakeholders, but as active cultural custodians of the karst landscape

Based on the discussion of the three dimensions of tangible public service, reliability, and responsiveness, it can be concluded that public services in Harapan Makmur Village have shown real efforts to meet community expectations, although their implementation still faces various challenges. In terms of tangible, the availability of information boards is quite good physically, but not yet fully effective in conveying messages clearly and inclusively. From the aspect of reliability, the commitment to timely and procedural services is indeed visible, but it is not evenly distributed and there are still complaints regarding inconsistency. Meanwhile, in terms of responsiveness, village officials have shown good intentions to respond to community needs, but consistency in responding to complaints and needs of residents still needs to be improved.

endence. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive type. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis consisting of three flows, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking is done by triangulation. Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.

Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: (1) analisis kebutuhan melalui studi pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dan focus group discussion; (2) implementasi yang mencakup pembuatan website berbasis Content Management System (CMS) WordPress dan pelatihan pemberdayaan dengan metode hands-on practice; serta (3) evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa implementasi website telah berhasil meningkatkan akses informasi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan dana kampung. Pelatihan pemberdayaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan pengelolaan website, peserta mampu mengoperasikan website secara mandiri setelah pelatihan dibandingkan sebelumnya. Meski menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan infrastruktur internet di beberapa wilayah, program ini telah berhasil membangun fondasi untuk tata kelola dana kampung yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel melalui kombinasi solusi teknologi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan strategi regenerasi pengelola website dengan melibatkan karang taruna sebagai kader masa depan.

The background of the study indicates persistent issues in teacher performance, including suboptimal lesson planning, less innovative teaching methods, and limited integration of educational technology. The research problem is formulated as how principals manage academic supervision to enhance teacher performance through planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up processes. This study employs a qualitative case study approach involving eleven public elementary schools. The findings reveal that academic supervision is conducted systematically, collaboratively, and continuously through classroom observations, reflective discussions, workshops, and On-the-Job Training supported by the Academic Learning System. The results indicate a 15 percent improvement in teacher performance, increasing from 75 to 95, as well as an 80 percent improvement in school learning achievement. The study concludes that integrated, collaborative, and technology-based academic supervision management significantly enhances teacher professionalism. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a digital-collaborative supervision model that integrates teacher participation, continuous professional development, and real-time digital monitoring systems to ensure more effective, efficient, and measurable teacher performance management. Supporting factors include principal commitment, teacher openness, collaborative school culture, and technological support. In contrast, the main obstacles include time constraints, administrative workload, and variations in teacher competence. The findings imply that academic supervision should be managed as adaptive, participatory, and sustainable professional development oriented toward continuous improvement of learning quality in Indonesian elementary schools, serving as a reference for developing a more effective, systematic, and sustainable digital-collaborative supervision model.

sistence of a textual-normative learning paradigm in Islamic-based teacher education institutions, which risks creating a dichotomy between the authority of sacred texts and the dynamics of contemporary issues. Specifically, this study analyzes the development of critical and reflective thinking competencies among students of the PGSD Program at the private higher education institution STKIP Al Islam Tunas Bangsa in interpreting and actualizing the messages of the Qur’an and Hadith in relation to contemporary social issues. The method employed is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation of contextual learning actions, participant observation, and critical reflection. Data were collected through structured observations of classroom discussion dynamics, in-depth analysis of students’ reflective journals, and evaluation of case analysis projects, which were subsequently processed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a significant transformation in students’ patterns of religious understanding, shifting from a literal approach toward analytical-contextual competence, as evidenced by their ability to relate religious textual messages to current issues such as digital media ethics, social justice, and environmental sustainability. The implications of this study underscore the urgent need to internalize a contextual approach within the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in private higher education institutions in order to build religious literacy that is applicable and adaptive to the changing times.

The main problem addressed in this research concerns the lack of learning models capable of integrating cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking skills with digital competencies relevant to 21st-century demands. Employing a descriptive qualitative method supported by a literature review, the data were collected from various scientific sources such as books, journals, articles, and previous studies. The findings indicate that Collaborative Learning effectively enhances students’ Literasi digital skills through activities emphasizing interaction, discussion, problem-solving, and the use of digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Canva, Kahoot, and Padlet. The teacher’s role as a facilitator is crucial in creating an active, adaptive, and student-centered learning environment. Challenges such as limited devices and internet access still arise, yet these can be mitigated through teacher competency development, parental support, and the optimal use of accessible digital resources. The study concludes that integrating Collaborative Learning with Literasi digital not only improves academic competence but also fosters a learning ecosystem that is engaging, participatory, and aligned with technological advancements. The novelty of this research lies in highlighting that student collaboration, when combined with appropriate technological integration, can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening Literasi digital sustainably at the elementary school level.

Furthermore, the humanistic approach also has a positive impact on students' mental well-being by creating an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere, reducing stress, and anxiety. Students feel more valued and supported in their personal development. However, challenges arise when educators fail to provide clear explanations or adequate guidance before assigning tasks or homework, which can increase pressure on students.
