financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Permasalahan pokok yang hendak diungkan ialah bagaiaman cara Emanuel Omedetho Jermias melakukan me time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitiatif. Jenisnya ialah life story sehingga data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada subjek penelitian dan dilengkapi dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap buku-buku yang dimilikinya sebagai sarana utama ketika melakukan me time. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan kepribadian. Selanjutnya data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk narasi tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa me time dilakukan oleh Emanuel Omedetho Jermias, hampir setiap malam sekitar satu jam, setelah bercengkerama dengan Oma (Grand Mother). Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan saat me time malam ialah membaca dan membersihkan rumah. Sementara me time siang hari dilakukan dengan cara berderma kepada orang papa.

Ketidakstabilan arus daya dan rendahnya efisiensi konversi energi pada adaptor dapat mempercepat degradasi baterai sekaligus meningkatkan temperatur perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi arus daya adaptor terhadap daya tahan baterai dan suhu operasional laptop. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan meninjau artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi adaptor dipengaruhi oleh kualitas komponen internal, stabilitas tegangan output, serta desain rangkaian konversi AC-DC. Efisiensi yang rendah tidak hanya mengurangi waktu pakai baterai, tetapi juga menimbulkan panas berlebih akibat rugi daya (power losses). Dengan demikian, pemilihan adaptor yang tepat dan berkualitas menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga daya tahan baterai serta mengurangi risiko overheating pada laptop.

The research identifies the main issues faced by businesses in implementing these practices and explores the impact of sustainability on both financial and non-financial performance. The findings indicate that companies adopting sustainability practices show improvements in profitability, efficiency, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction. For instance, companies in sectors such as energy and manufacturing experienced a notable increase in Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) after integrating sustainability efforts. Furthermore, the study highlights the significant role of external factors such as government policies and corporate culture in the success of sustainability initiatives. The results contribute to the understanding of how businesses can leverage sustainability to achieve competitive advantage while addressing environmental and social challenges.

outh Sulawesi. Using a quantitative explanatory approach and survey method, data were collected from 120 respondents and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The study examines three leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and distributed—and their impact on teaching quality, institutional governance, student outcomes, and academic services. The findings reveal that all three leadership styles positively affect higher education quality, with transformational leadership having the most significant impact, followed by distributed and transactional styles. These results underscore the importance of visionary and participative leadership in improving institutional performance, particularly in regional universities facing resource and structural limitations. The study contributes theoretically by validating leadership models in a non-Western context and practically by offering insights for leadership development policies. It highlights the need for adaptive leadership strategies tailored to local academic cultures and institutional dynamics to enhance educational quality in Indonesian higher education.

Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner efikasi diri dan resistensi terhadap perubahan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,348 dan signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menolak hipotesis awal yang menyatakan hubungan negatif antara kedua variabel. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena perubahan yang ditawarkan tidak selalu dianggap penting, bermanfaat, atau mampu meningkatkan performa, terutama oleh individu yang merasa sudah kompeten atau overconfidence terhadap sistem lama yang telah mereka kuasai. Kurangnya komunikasi, sosialisasi, serta keterlibatan karyawan dalam proses perubahan juga memperkuat resistensi tersebut. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security.
