Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan absensi, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mempermudah monitoring dan rekapitulasi data kehadiran dengan nilai pengujian 89,66% kategori sangat baik.
This study aims to design a web-based employee attendance information system using fingerprint recognition and Internet of Things (IoT) at PT Cahaya Panam Sejahtera Lestari Bungo to overcome manual attendance processes. The system was developed using the prototyping method with Native PHP, MySQL, and modeled using UML. The system is capable of managing attendance data in real time and in an integrated manner. The results indicate that the system improves attendance management effectiveness, minimizes recording errors, and simplifies monitoring and attendance data recapitulation with a testing score of 89.66% categorized as very good.

Hasil : analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed rank Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan handover diruang PU3 dengan P value (0.001). Kesimpulan : Dalam penelitian adalah pelaksanaan handover diruang PU3 sangat baik dan tidak berpengaruh pada metode komunikasi efektif SBAR. Saran : Agar rumah sakit mempertahankan mutu pelayanan dengan mengembangkan kualitas pelaksanaan handover perawat.

The data used is in the form of company financial report data obtained from the STIEM Bongaya Makassar Investment Gallery and visiting the website www.idx.co.id to obtain supporting information. Financial ratio analysis techniques use liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and market value ratios to calculate company financial data. Financial report data that has been calculated using financial ratios is then analyzed and interpreted based on a comparison between the financial ratios of each company and the industry average value. Then do a comparison of the financial performance of the four companies to find out which company has a better level of financial performance.
