The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.

The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

The Secretariat of DPRD Jambi Province still uses a manual system for managing incoming and outgoing mail, resulting in inefficient recording, retrieval, and reporting processes. This study aims to design a web-based mail management information system using the Waterfall software development method. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Laravel Framework. System design employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), while implementation was carried out using the Laravel Framework. The results show that the proposed system supports mail management, document archiving, data retrieval, and report generation more quickly, effectively, and accurately.

Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain analisis deskriptif, data empiris dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pimpinan akademik, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), analisis dokumen sistem penjaminan mutu internal (SPMI), serta observasi langsung terhadap alur kerja administratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola yang terstruktur dalam pemantauan kualitas mengajar dan digitalisasi administrasi pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai katalis langsung bagi transparansi, responsivitas, dan akuntabilitas institusi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan sistemik masih ditemukan, terutama terkait distribusi sumber daya yang belum merata, kesenjangan literasi digital, dan kontinuitas pelatihan pedagogik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi platform administrasi otomatis dengan evaluasi dosen yang sistematis dan objektif menciptakan fondasi yang tangguh bagi GUG, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kredibilitas institusi, keberlanjutan operasional, serta capaian pendidikan secara holistik di universitas tingkat daerah.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara tertutup yang dilakukan terhadap dua orang guru sekolah dasar, yaitu seorang guru kelas rendah dan seorang guru kelas tinggi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkategorikan, dan menjelaskan respons narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap program PPG. Program PPG dinilai mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru melalui pemahaman materi pembelajaran, strategi dan model pembelajaran inovatif, serta penyusunan modul ajar sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka. Materi PPG bersifat fleksibel sehingga dapat diterapkan di kelas rendah maupun kelas tinggi, meskipun penerapannya perlu disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa di masing-masing jenjang. Faktor pendukung implementasi hasil PPG meliputi inovasi pembelajaran dan kreativitas guru, sedangkan faktor penghambat utamanya adalah keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah. Dengan demikian, program PPG memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas mengajar guru dan diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan untuk mendukung terwujudnya pendidikan yang berkualitas di era abad ke-21.
