Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. With this approach, it is hoped that teenagers can build a strong foundation for their ongoing mental health.

welfare challenges, especially in terms of poverty which is still relatively high compared to other provinces on the island of Java. The poverty rate in East Java is on a downward trend, but it still remains above the national average. This condition indicates an imbalance in the welfare of the community in the East Java region. Welfare is measured based on the ability of the community to meet decent, healthy, and productive basic needs, with the Human Development Index (HDI) as one of the main indicators. HDI can measure human development achievements based on several basic components of quality of life, including the education dimension, the age and health dimension, and the standard of decent living. Therefore, the government needs to group regions with appropriate characteristics to make it easier to make policies. One of the statistical analyses that can be used in this study is cluster analysis. The results of this study are that East Java Province in 2023 shows a diversity of welfare indicators, such as TPT, HDI, and AHH, reflecting differences in economic, educational, and health conditions between regions. The cluster method with the best assessment in this study is the K-Means method with five clusters. The characteristics in clusters I and II tend to have low welfare, while clusters III, IV, and V show better welfare. The results of this study show a change in the number of clusters compared to previous research conducted by Muhammad Fikry Al Farizi et al. in 2022. The previous study produced four clusters using the average linkage method.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the factors influencing individual investment interest in PT. Indonex Bangun Investama, a key player in the Indonesian capital market. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 82 active investors of PT. Indonex Bangun Investama. Data analysis utilizes various statistical techniques such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of risk, motivation, and investment knowledge variables on investment interest. The analysis results indicate that risk and motivation significantly affect investment interest, while investment knowledge, although important, does not significantly influence investment interest individually. These findings provide deeper insights into the psychological and economic factors underlying individual investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The implications of this research suggest the need for a more holistic and strategic educational approach to enhance financial literacy and effective risk mitigation in individual investment strategies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of education strategies and risk management in the Indonesian capital market context, laying a foundation for further discussions on expanding accessibility and participation in investment among the public.

Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. This study aims to describe the use of PhET simulation as a learning medium in traveling and stationary wave theory. This article uses the literature study methodology. The stages in using the literature method include observing, analyzing, then identifying, then providing interpretation, and finally in the form of some evaluation of the research that has been done. There are 25 publication articles obtained from various domestic sources analyzed in this article. The articles used were reported from 2018 to 2024. By using PhET simulation, it feels easier to practice compared to real practicum, because visible media allows users to be more active in presenting subjects that are mastered, especially in traveling and stationary wave material. And by using this PhET virtual media makes students tend to be active and very enthusiastic in the learning process because the appearance of the PhET media is very different from other media. Based on this research, it can be concluded that learning stationary wave and traveling wave material can improve learning outcomes and improve critical thinking skills.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program.
