menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen (X MIPA 2) yang menggunakan model Contextual Teaching and Learning dan kelas kontrol (X MIPA 1) yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 2 yang menggunakan Model Contextual Teaching and Learning 75, sementara nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 1 yang menggunakan Metode ceramah 74,23. Oleh karena itu, t hitung = 6,202 dan t tabel = 1,668. Ini berarti t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 6,202 > 1,668. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan Model Contextual Teaching and Learning terbukti efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X MAN 2 Indramayu Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.

The classifier consistently favored the majority class (non-hateful/non-abusive) across labels, particularly struggling with HS_Gender, HS_Physical, etc. This suggests difficulty detecting less frequent but potentially severe hate speech, likely due to limited training data. Overall accuracy and F1-scores confirm that while Gaussian Naive Bayes is efficient, it lacks robustness for nuanced multi-label classification with imbalanced datasets. This necessitates exploring alternative approaches for effectively detecting specific and less frequent hate speech.

A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. his study examines the mechanism of transmitting legal texts without editorial changes and compares the ijtihad of the four schools of jurisprudence regarding time limits to provide consumer protection solutions in the digital age. The methodology employed is normative legal research using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach through library research. Data collection techniques involved cataloging hadiths on khiyar from the Kutubus Sittah, identifying the structure of the isnad, and analyzing key vocabulary (mufradat). Data analysis was conducted through stages of isnad criticism to assess the quality of the narrators, systematic analysis of the matn, comparative analysis across schools of thought, and the synchronization of traditional principles with modern economic realities. The research results indicate that the hadiths on khiyar possess exceptional chain of transmission quality within the Silsilah adz-Dzahab tradition, ensuring the text’s accuracy free from distortion over fourteen centuries. Regarding the time limit for khiyar syarat, differing viewpoints were identified: the Shafi’i school limits it to a maximum of three days, while the Maliki school allows a duration of up to 38 days depending on the type of object. In conclusion, the principle of khiyar remains relevant in the digital economy through the transformation of the order cancellation feature as a manifestation of khiyar majelis, as well as the return policy as an application of khiyar aib and khiyar syarat. The implications of this research emphasize that the ethical values of khiyar can serve as a foundation for regulators in refining consumer protection laws to minimize information asymmetry and ensure full consent (antaradin) in every online transaction

udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.

The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.

Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.
