ng sales. The background of this study is the increasingly rapid development of information technology that encourages micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital media as a more efficient promotional strategy and reach a wider market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of business owners and several consumers. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that the use of Facebook as a promotional medium by UD. Tahu Murni has not been optimally implemented. The promotional content uploaded is still simple, inconsistent, and has not utilized strategic features such as paid advertising (Facebook Ads), customer interaction, and social media analytics. The main inhibiting factors in optimizing promotions through Facebook are the business owner's limited digital knowledge, limited time, and the lack of a workforce focused on digital marketing. This study recommends that business actors improve their understanding and skills in social media management, utilize digital promotional features optimally, and develop attractive and consistent content strategies to reach more consumers.

ims to determine the effect of seasonal cycles on fishermen's financial literacy, as well as the effect of fish price fluctuations on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations have a significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Income uncertainty due to these two factors causes fishermen to experience difficulties in financial planning, lack savings or emergency funds, and tend to rely on debt. In addition, low levels of education and minimal financial literacy training also hinder effective financial management

t Java Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) to understand how these factors influence their level of loyalty to the company.
This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.
Abstract:This research investigates the policy landscape surrounding social entrepreneurship in Indonesia, encompassing legal and regulatory frameworks, government initiatives, and institutional support for social enterprises. The…
e study is crucial as it addresses an understudied area, aiming to inform policymakers, foster collaboration, stimulate economic development, and promote sustainable growth. The methodology involved qualitative interviews with eight social entrepreneurs across Indonesia. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques, facilitated by the MAXQDA platform. Findings indicate that despite social entrepreneurship being an emerging field in Indonesia, there is a notable lack of effective policies and regulations. Six of eight respondents perceived inadequate current regulatory support, and half cited financial challenges as a significant issue. Conversely, seven respondents acknowledged existing government assistance, suggesting a willingness to support the sector. Based on these results, key recommendations for the government to foster a supportive ecosystem include developing non-overlapping policies, implementing substantive policy changes, promoting useful policies, simplifying bureaucracy, and engaging in direct dialogue with social entrepreneurs. The research concludes that addressing these areas can empower social entrepreneurs to create lasting social impact. This study uniquely fills a gap by directly engaging social entrepreneurs, though future research should include government representatives for broader perspectives.

Abstract:The development of digital technology has transformed consumer consumption patterns, particularly in the fashion industry, which is increasingly dominated by e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as one of the largest marketplaces…
es in Southeast Asia, has become a primary choice for consumers when shopping for fashion products. One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.

Addressing these issues through leadership commitment, inclusive participation, and resource optimization can amplify the impact of learning initiatives.
Abstract:In an increasingly competitive business landscape, establishing a strong brand position is not merely an option but a necessity. Effective brand positioning not only helps brands differentiate themselves from competitors…
but also fosters a deeper emotional connection with customers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between brand positioning and customer loyalty using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. By reviewing previous research published in indexed journals, this study identifies key factors influencing the success of brand positioning, including product differentiation, customer perception, and brand communication consistency.
The findings indicate that brands with a clear and consistent position in customers' minds are more likely to build long-term loyalty. Customers who feel connected to a brand’s values and identity are more inclined to remain loyal and even recommend the brand to others. Furthermore, this study reveals that the transition to the digital era has significantly altered how brands establish and maintain their position, with digital marketing strategies and message personalization emerging as critical factors in sustaining customer loyalty.
This research underscores the importance of businesses not only in crafting a strong brand image but also in ensuring that customer experiences align with the brand’s promised values. By understanding and implementing effective brand positioning principles, companies can foster deeper and more sustainable relationships with their customers while enhancing their competitive edge in the market.
