The Effect of Financial Literacy, and Lifestyle on Individual Financial Management of Employees at Paulus Indonesian Christian University

Abstract: This research aims to determine the impact of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the individual financial management of employees at Paulus Indonesian Christian University. The problem focuses on identifying financial literacy… iteracy and lifestyle that play a role in managing the personal finances of Paulus Indonesian Christian University employees. The associative and comparative methods are used in problem formulation and hypothesis. This quantitative research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely all people are sampled, where the sample size is 65 people or all employees of the Indonesian Paulus Christian University. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysed quantitatively with the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, t-test, and f-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on individual financial management, while lifestyle has a non-significant and negative effect on personal management. Although Lifestyle has an insignificant and negative effect, together with Financial Literacy it is stated that it has a significant positive effect on Individual Financial Management for UKI Paulus employees

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the strategic management of PT Sentra Food Indonesia using a SWOT analysis to identify key internal and external factors. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research utilizes IFAS… S and EFAS matrices to evaluate the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The analysis includes an examination of the company's brand, distribution network, market reach, and supplier dependencies, using data from company records and industry reports. The findings reveal PT Sentra Food Indonesia's robust brand and distribution network but highlight challenges such as limited market reach and supplier reliance. Opportunities for growth are identified in product innovation, market expansion, and digital transformation. These insights provide recommendations for enhancing the company's sustainability and competitiveness in the dynamic food industry.

The Role of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship Education, with Government Support, in Advancing MSME Efforts Towards Achieving the SDGs

Abstract: In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a… Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Mobile Banking Service Quality and Customer Relationship Quality in Indonesian Islamic Banks: The Moderating Effect of Gender

With the rapid growth of digital technology,… logy, mobile banking has become a crucial factor influencing customer experience, particularly within the context of Islamic banking, which operates on Islamic principles. This research investigates how the quality of mobile banking services (such as ease of access, security, and transaction convenience) affects customer relationship quality (including trust, satisfaction, and loyalty). Additionally, it explores whether gender moderates the relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer relationship quality. Data were collected through surveys from customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, and the analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings are expected to provide insights into the design of mobile banking services that are responsive to gender-specific needs and offer recommendations for Islamic banks to strengthen customer relationships through more inclusive digital innovations.

Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa has significantly transformed the company’s HR operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness across various HR functions. Located… cated in Makassar, PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, a major player in the cement manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing its large and diverse workforce, including slow recruitment processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and inefficient data management. To address these challenges, the company adopted cloud-based HR management systems, automated recruitment tools, and performance management software, allowing for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. This study demonstrates how digital tools can optimize HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve organizational performance. The success of PT. This research focuses on analyzing consumer decision strategies to make impulse purchases of products in collaboration with influencers on Shopee Live. SEM-PLS method is used to identify and understand the factors that influence consumer impulse purchasing decisions in the context of products collaborating with influencers. By collecting data through questionnaires from 100 active respondents on the Shopee Live Indonesia platform, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into how influencers influence impulse buying decisions and how live streaming interactions can influence consumer behavior. The findings from this research are expected to provide guidance for e-commerce and marketing industry players to improve promotional strategies and maximize sales potential through live-streaming platforms.

The Effect of Profitability and Capital Structure on Company Value

Abstract: This study examines the effect of profitability and capital structure on firm value. Profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), reflects the company's ability to generate profits from its… ts operations. Capital structure, represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), indicates the proportion of debt and equity used to finance the company. The research sample consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression models. The results show that profitability and capital structure both have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability contributes to increasing firm value by attracting investors and enhancing market confidence. Meanwhile, an optimal capital structure, particularly the prudent use of debt, can also increase firm value by lowering the cost of capital. The study suggests that management should focus on improving profitability and maintaining an optimal capital structure to maximize firm value

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Tax Aggressiveness in Mining Companies in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on tax aggressiveness in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A quantitative approach was used in this research, with secondary… ondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports of companies over a certain period. The results show that GCG, particularly independent board commissioners and the frequency of board meetings, has a negative and significant impact on tax aggressiveness. However, the influence of the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee on tax aggressiveness is not significant. These findings underscore the importance of stronger GCG implementation to reduce risks associated with corporate tax policies. This study provides important implications for companies and regulators in enhancing effective corporate governance to reduce tax aggressiveness in the mining sector.

Abstract: The culinary industry in Indonesia has witnessed a surge in the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in recent years. These enterprises, known as culinary MSMEs, have played a pivotal role in the country's economic… omic development. To remain competitive in the dynamic market, these MSMEs need to embrace innovative and creative strategies that can drive their growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. To address these challenges, collaboration with external parties, such as the government, research institutions, and universities, can be a crucial step in enhancing the innovation capabilities of these enterprises.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and trade on Indonesian economic growth with a focus on the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has caused significant global uncertainty,… ncertainty, affecting international investment and trade flows. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from various official sources. Through regression analysis, it was found that investment and trade have a significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. However, the instability caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war affects this relationship, particularly through changes in commodity prices and disruptions in global supply chains. The results of this study provide important insights for policymakers to develop strategies that can mitigate the negative impacts of international conflicts on the national economy.
