ements should ensure decent work conditions. However, in reality, there is insufficient government supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of workers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

sed is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of the company's quarterly financial reports obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tools used include Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test and F-test, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that DAR has a negative correlation with ROI of -0.607, while LTDTER also shows a negative correlation of -0.478, both of which are included in the weak relationship category. The coefficient of determination value of 50.4% indicates that half of the variation in ROI can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The F test shows that DAR and LTDTER simultaneously have a significant effect on ROI. This finding confirms that a high debt-based capital structure has a negative impact on investment returns, making it important for financial management to consider the efficiency of long-term debt use and total debt in long-term financial strategies.

The results showed that the opportunity for earnings management practices still exists after convergence with IFRS, but the value of earnings management after IFRS convergence is lower than before the implementation of IFRS convergence.

n three places namely Bada, Lore and Napu. Although the policy for handling schistosomiasis snails and the impact of the disease has been handled since the colonial era, the Indonesian government has only taken serious action since 1982, which has not been completed until now. This primary data collection technique also uses secondary data that comes from the Poso health office, the Bada schistosomiasis laboratory and the implementation of triangulation of actors, methods and data through focus group discussions which are expected to be able to map out the issues of involvement and the similarity of viewing problems in the management of schistosomiasis control in the context of the study This takes the area of Bada which is relatively successful although not yet complete.
