Then the dependent variable is stock price, and profitability, which is presented by ROA, as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, and there were 24 (twenty-four) banking companies (listed on the BEI) that met the criteria so that the sample of this study amounted to 120 samples. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found that overall, VACA, VAHU, and STVA had a significant positive effect on stock prices. Abstract: It is generally accepted that a teacher's perception of efficacy correlates with the quality of instruction they offer. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics that senior high school (SHS) mathematics… tics teachers in Ghana's Ashanti Region regard as the most influential in influencing their confidence in their abilities to teach their subject. It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.

Overview of Knowledge of Mothers Who Have New Babies Born 0 -7 Days About Maintenance Umbilical Cord Surgery at Partner Clinic St. Elisabeth College of Health Sciences Medan in 2025

Kezia Ananta Fortuna Napitupulu, Desriati Sinaga
Abstract: Newborns are a crucial transition period from life in the womb to life outside the womb. One important aspect of newborn care is hygienic and proper umbilical cord care, to prevent infections such as neonatal tetanus and… accelerate the natural process of umbilical cord separation. Mothers' knowledge of umbilical cord care plays a crucial role in the success of such care. This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with babies aged 0–7 days regarding umbilical cord care at the Mitra Kerja Clinic of the Santa Elisabeth Health Sciences College in Medan. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a purposive sampling technique, with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed univariately. The results showed that most mothers had sufficient knowledge (50%), good (36.7%), and poor (13.3%). The majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (96.7%), <20 years (3.3%), primigravida (56.7%), multigravida (43.3%) and had a high school education (70%), bachelor's degree (16.7%), and diploma (13.3%). Conclusion: Most mothers have sufficient knowledge about umbilical cord care. It is recommended that clinics conduct regular outreach sessions to improve mothers' understanding, and that further research be conducted by adding variables such as occupation and source of information

Implementation Method High-Low, Scatterplot, And Least Squares In Cost Analysis

Susan Grace V Nainggolan, Yolanda Naomi Octavia Br. Simangunsong, Ester Simamora, Putri Herlina Munte, Marly Patricia Sihombing, Maria Cristina Rumapea
Abstract: This study aims to examine the application of the High-Low method, Scatterplot, and Least Squares in cost analysis, particularly in separating fixed and variable cost behavior. The research uses a library research approach… ch by collecting and reviewing literature from textbooks, journals, and official publications related to cost estimation and cost behavior modeling. The findings indicate that the High-Low method is simple because it uses only the highest and lowest activity levels, but its accuracy is limited due to reliance on extreme data points. The Scatterplot method provides a visual representation of the relationship between cost and activity, helping identify patterns and potential outliers; however, its results may vary due to subjective judgment in determining the cost line. Meanwhile, the Least Squares method is considered the most accurate because it utilizes all available data to produce the best-fit regression line, although it requires more complex calculations and statistical understanding. Overall, the selection of the most suitable method depends on the objective of the analysis, data availability, and the level of accuracy required
