ows the potential to develop. The main priority of empowerment is the creation of independence. Self-empowerment efforts have also been realized by groups of housewives who are PKM partners, consisting of three people joined in the "SMA HKBP" and three people from the "SMA HKBP" located in, Dolok Sanggul. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .

Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (KPI) IAIN Bone angkatan 2022–2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur via WhatsApp dengan 15 informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan) dengan teknik triangulasi untuk keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memaknai TikTok secara multifungsi: dominan sebagai sumber hiburan utama, sekaligus berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi singkat, inspirasi kreatif, dan medium observasi praktik komunikasi yang relevan bagi studi mereka. TikTok berperan sebagai fasilitator modal sosial karena konten viral kerap menjadi conversation starter yang memperkuat kedekatan sosial dan mempermudah pertukaran sumber daya akademik (seperti template tugas dan tutorial). Namun, pengaruhnya bersifat ambivalen karena konsumsi berlebihan dapat menyebabkan distraksi, menurunkan kualitas interaksi tatap muka, dan berpotensi mengganggu fokus akademik. Belum ada program literasi media terstruktur di prodi meskipun mahasiswa menyadari perlunya memilah konten, dan variasi intensitas penggunaan antarindividu menuntut strategi komunikasi multi-kanal. Penelitian ini menyarankan prodi menyelenggarakan workshop literasi digital, menyusun pedoman etika penggunaan ponsel, serta memanfaatkan TikTok secara terarah untuk kegiatan edukatif.

uan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Dadok Tunggul Hitam Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi berjumlah 40 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total populasi dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik angket dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian diketahui 43,3% tenaga kesehatan memiliki kinerja kurang baik, 40,0% tenaga kesehatan memiliki motivasi kerja rendah, 50,0% tenaga kesehatan memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tidak puas, 36,7% tenaga kesehatan menyatakan lingkungan kerja kurang baik. Terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja (p=0,001), kepuasan kerja (p= 0,000) dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan, tetapi tidak ada hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan (p= 0,575). Disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berperan penting dalam kinerja. Manajemen Puskesmas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan melalui pelatihan, workshop serta pemberian penghargaan. Selain itu, manajemen juga perlu membangun komunikasi yang efektif antar tenaga kesehatan. Upaya berkesinambungan ini diharapakan mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan pencapain target program Puskesmas secara optimal.

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.
International cooperation, such as with the State of Neuvo Leon-Mexico, shows efforts to expand investment networks and global market visibility, with an evaluation of the benefits and costs required. Promotional activities such as seminars on investment strategies focus on strengthening regional branding and effective promotional techniques. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive analysis of marketing mix elements in the context of investment promotion as well as recommendations for continuous adaptation according to market changes.
