This study aims to analyze the influence of HR competency and SIMRS quality on the effectiveness of administrative services at MM Indramayu Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population included all non-medical support staff who use SIMRS, totaling 84 respondents, so a saturated sampling technique was used. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The analysis results show that HR competency has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 7.075; p < 0.05). SIMRS quality also has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 6.781; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, human resource competency and the quality of the Hospital Management Information System (MISRS) had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (F = 28.257; p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.411. This study concludes that improving the effectiveness of hospital administrative services requires synergy between adequate human resource competency and good quality of the SIMRS. Future research is recommended to examine other factors beyond the research model to gain a more comprehensive understanding

his study are consumers at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Tg. Morawa Deli Serdang North Sumatra as many as 379 consumers for one week while the determination technique is random sampling with the withdrawal technique using the Slovin formula. So that the sample in this study amounted to 79 respondents. The sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data from observations, interviews and questionnaires. While secondary data can be from data that has been documented. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 8.898 + 0.193X1 + 0.548X2 + e which shows that the bonus pack and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. While the results of the (t) test or partial test show that the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions where it can be seen that the tcount value is 2.125 > ttable 1.992 and the product quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions where it can be seen that the tcount value is 9.425 > ttable 1992. The results of the coefficient of determination with a correlation regression value of 0.814, meaning that together the bonus pack and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Tg. Morawa Deli Serdang North Sumatra has contributed to a strong degree. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.653 (65.3%). So it can be said that 65.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the bonus pack and product quality in the model, can explain the purchasing decision variables at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa while the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

level of job uncertainty, particularly for contract employees who experience changes in work schedules, income fluctuations, and limited guarantees of job continuity. These conditions have the potential to reduce job satisfaction and encourage employees’ intention to leave the company. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of all contract employees at PT Adetex Banjaran, with the sample determined using a proportional sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires developed based on indicators of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques with the assistance of SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job insecurity perceived by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. In addition, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that higher job satisfaction leads to a lower intention to leave the organization. Simultaneously, job insecurity and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the turnover intention of contract employees at PT Adetex Banjaran. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management practices that focus on enhancing job security and job satisfaction in order to reduce turnover intention. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for company management in formulating more stable, fair, and sustainable employment policies, as well as a reference for future research in the field of human resource management.

Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Am Jaya Tani Store, with sampling determined based on specific criteria. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) methods. The results indicate that descriptively, price, product quality, and fertilizer purchases are in the fairly good to good category. Partially, price has a significant effect on fertilizer purchases, and product quality also has a significant effect on fertilizer purchases. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on fertilizer purchases at Am Jaya Tani Store. The findings indicate that although fathers’ obligations to provide child maintenance are clearly regulated under both Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, their implementation in practice remains inadequate. The main obstacles include low legal awareness among the parties, economic constraints, weak mechanisms for monitoring the execution of court decisions, and institutional limitations within the Religious Court in ensuring continuous compliance. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of child protection cannot rely solely on judicial rulings but requires strengthening institutional mechanisms, optimizing the role of mediation, and increasing public legal awareness. Therefore, fulfilling child maintenance rights after divorce should be positioned as an integral part of realizing substantive justice and protecting the best interests of the child.

The research results show that students' understanding of Islamic family law still tends to be normative-textual and not completely contextual. The maqaṣid al-syari'ah approach is offered as a methodological solution to bridge the gap, because it is able to integrate the purpose of Islamic law with the demands of social justice and protection for vulnerable groups. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the tahsin method in reconstructing the quality of Qur’anic recitation within the dynamics of Qur’an learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 081 Panyabungan, involving teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the tahsin method plays a significant role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and awareness of correct Qur’anic recitation by emphasizing makhārij al-ḥurūf, characteristics of letters, and proper application of tajwid through direct guidance and corrective feedback. Furthermore, tahsin functions not only as a technical method but also as a pedagogical strategy that reconstructs teachers’ mindset and professional competence in Qur’anic instruction. The study implies that integrating the tahsin method systematically can contribute to sustainable improvement in the quality of tilawah and strengthen the effectiveness of Qur’anic learning in contemporary educational contexts

However, at the pre-launch stage, the main challenge faced by digital platforms lies not only in feature design, but also in building brand awareness from the outset through digital marketing strategies that are relevant to the needs of potential users.This study aims to design a digital marketing strategy based on consumer insight, customer journey, and value proposition at the pre-launch stage of the PelanPelan digital journaling platform. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach involving potential users from Generation Z aged 20–28 years. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and open-ended surveys. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify consumer insights, construct a conceptual customer journey, and formulate a value proposition as the foundation of the digital marketing strategy.The findings indicate that potential users perceive journaling as a tool for emotional regulation and self-reflection, yet still experience adoption barriers at the awareness stage. Based on these findings, pre-launch digital marketing strategies should focus on empathetic, simple, and emotionally driven communication to build contextual brand awareness.

This study aims to analyze the criminal liability of children involved in brawls resulting in death and to examine the application of legal provisions in the Decision of the Tanjung Karang District Court based on the Child Protection Act and the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The research employs normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches through the study of statutory regulations, analysis of court decisions, and interviews with law enforcement officers. The data were analyzed qualitatively to describe the implementation of juvenile criminal law. The findings indicate that child offenders may still be held criminally liable while observing the principle of the best interest of the child. Judges consider both juridical and non-juridical aspects, including the child’s role in the offense, age, psychological condition, and social inquiry reports, resulting in sanctions that emphasize rehabilitation rather than retribution. This study concludes that the application of juvenile criminal law in cases of brawls resulting in death is in accordance with prevailing legal provisions; however, improvements in the quality of case handling by law enforcement agencies are still necessary to ensure balanced and sustainable child protection and justice for victims.
