However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services

haracter. The aim is to identify similarities and differences between the two education systems, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of character education in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Malaysia integrates character education through special subjects such as Islamic and Moral Education, while Indonesia emphasizes the integration of character values in all subjects through the 2013 Curriculum. However, both countries face challenges in implementation, such as a lack of teacher training and gaps between theory and practice. The research results also reveal that Malaysia places more emphasis on religious values and multiculturalism in character education, while Indonesia focuses on the values of nationalism and diversity. Nevertheless, both countries agree that character education plays an important role in forming a generation with noble and responsible morals. Recommendations from this research are the need to increase teacher training, strengthen collaboration between schools, families and communities, as well as develop a more contextual and applicable curriculum. By adopting best practices from Malaysia and adapting them to the local context, Indonesia can increase the effectiveness of character education in forming students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.
