tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kesalahan operasional dan penyimpangan apabila tidak diantisipasi melalui pendekatan pengendalian yang bersifat preventif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan staf dan manajemen PT. Abdi Budi Mulia dalam menerapkan Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report sebagai instrumen evaluasi mandiri untuk mendukung pencegahan fraud dan mengurangi temuan audit internal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, pelatihan penyusunan CSA Report, pendampingan implementasi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pengendalian internal, manajemen risiko, dan pentingnya pengawasan mandiri dalam aktivitas operasional. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun indikator pengendalian, melakukan identifikasi risiko secara lebih sistematis, serta mengimplementasikan CSA Report sesuai dengan kebutuhan unit kerja masing-masing. Penerapan CSA Report juga mendorong terbentuknya mekanisme pengawasan yang lebih proaktif sehingga potensi kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian prosedur dapat dikenali lebih awal sebelum menjadi temuan audit. Dengan demikian, implementasi CSA Report dapat menjadi alternatif solusi dalam memperkuat sistem pengendalian internal dan mendukung upaya pencegahan fraud secara berkelanjutan pada lingkungan perusahaan
Recurring internal audit findings indicate that existing control mechanisms have not fully ensured consistent procedural compliance across all work units. Such conditions may increase the risk of operational errors and irregularities if preventive control measures are not adequately implemented. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of staff and management at PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in implementing a Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report as a self-evaluation instrument to support fraud prevention and reduce internal audit findings. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, CSA Report training, implementation assistance, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrated that participants gained a better understanding of internal control, risk management, and the importance of self-monitoring in operational activities. Participants were also able to develop relevant control indicators, identify operational risks more systematically, and implement CSA Reports according to the specific needs of their respective work units. Furthermore, the implementation of CSA Reports encouraged a more proactive monitoring mechanism, enabling potential errors and procedural non-compliance to be identified before becoming audit findings. Therefore, CSA Report implementation can serve as an effective alternative for strengthening internal control systems and supporting sustainable fraud prevention efforts within the organization

Perencanaan desain kota yang berkelanjutan merupakan salah satu solusi adaptasi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan membangun Resilient City yang memaksimalkan delapan (8) elemen fisik dalam perancangan dan desain kota, yaitu tataguna lahan, tata bangunan, sirkulasi dan perparkiran, ruang terbuka, jalur pejalan kaki, aktivitas pendukung, preservasi dan konservasi, serta rambu dan penanda. Penelitian ini dillakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara desain kota yang tangguh dan perannya dalam menanggulangi krisis iklim dan menciptakan ketahanan di perkotaan (City Resilience). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel yang dicetuskan oleh Rockefeller Foundation & ARUP (2014) yaitu Urban systems/ Infrastructure and environment (Sistem infrastruktur perkotaan dan lingkungan), Leadership and strategy (kepemimpinan dan strategi), dan Preventive (pencegahan) yang dicetuskan oleh Y. Jabareen (2013) karena variabel tersebut bisa menggambarkan konsep perencanaan desain kota sesuai dengan teori dasar ketahanan kota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran desain kota tangguh sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi krisis iklim saat ini. Contoh-contoh kota seperti Copenhagen yang mengadopsi konsep The Carbon Neutral, Tokyo dan Rotterdam yang mengadopsi konsep The Biophilic City , dan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan desain kota yang resilient dapat membawa manfaat besar dalam menghadapi tantangan bencana, ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial.

The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. [1] Metode SSADM dipilih karena mampu membantu dalam menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna secara mendetail serta merancang sistem yang lebih efisien dan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan. Tahapan yang dilalui dalam metode ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengumpulan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta pembuatan desain sistem yang mencakup diagram konteks dan diagram aliran data (Data Flow Diagram). Desain sistem ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan pengelolaan dokumen dan mempermudah proses pencarian arsip. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap perancangan sistem, tanpa implementasi penuh di lapangan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini belum mencakup uji coba atau evaluasi langsung terhadap efektivitas sistem pengarsipan digital yang dirancang.
