purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies for interactive education at the school and to identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. To provide an understanding of interactive education marketing strategies, data was obtained through field observations and in-depth analysis. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. This includes financial difficulties and a lack of public knowledge about interactive education.

However, there are obstacles and problems faced, namely that incoming and outgoing letters often have double numbering, some letters cannot be found, the archive process is still manual and there are many other problems. With the existence of this incoming and outgoing mail archive website, it is hoped that it will be useful and can solve this problem at SUPEG in the future. The website was designed using native PHP language and several collaboration languages, namely JavaScript, CSS and others, for the database itself using Xampp. The final result of this research is the production of an Archives Website for Incoming and Outgoing Mail. who can provide information and solve problems that occur in SUPEG "General and Personnel Sub-Section" especially in the correspondence section both within the agency and from outside.

The results show that more than 56% of the total planned land area is in the highly suitable category, while areas with steep slopes have a high potential for landslide risk. The discussion emphasizes the importance of settlement development focusing on safe and suitable areas, and the need for strict regulations to protect communities from disaster risks. The findings provide a strong basis for policy makers to formulate spatial planning strategies that are sustainable and responsive to the geographical conditions of Ambon City.

However, online sales restrictions implemented by the Indonesian government raise questions about how consumers will respond and adapt to these changes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by describing systematically by conducting literature reviews about post-pandemic consumer behavior, and the impact of social media on purchasing decisions, surveys or questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with consumers to understand attitudes, and their experiences regarding online shopping on social media during the post-pandemic period. The research results reveal that restrictions on online sales via social media influence consumers' attitudes towards online shopping, forcing them to look for other alternatives or change purchasing preferences. Apart from that, these restrictions also have an impact on consumer purchasing power and consumption patterns. This analysis describes post-pandemic market dynamics in Indonesia, where e-commerce companies and business people have to adapt to changes in consumer behavior. Policy implications for the government and marketing strategies for business people are also discussed in the research providing an in-depth look at how to optimize market potential in Indonesia. amid restrictions on online sales. Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.
