and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

lui konsep al-ba’ah, masyarakat modern cenderung mengembangkan konstruksi marriage readiness yang lebih kompleks dan multidimensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis validitas hadits anjuran menikah tentang al-ba’ah, mengkaji pemaknaannya dalam literatur klasik, serta menjelaskan transformasi konstruksi marriage readiness pada Generasi Z. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual. Data diperoleh melalui library research yang dianalisis menggunakan metode takhrij hadits, yakni kritik sanad dan matan, serta analisis fiqh al-hadits. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis anjuran menikah mengenai al-ba’ah berstatus sahih dan dapat dijadikan hujjah dalam hukum Islam. Secara klasik, al-ba’ah dipahami sebagai kemampuan biologis dan kemampuan finansial yang menjadi prasyarat seseorang untuk memasuki kehidupan perkawinan. Sementara itu, konstruksi marriage readiness pada generasi Z berkembang menjadi konsep multidimensional yang mencakup kesiapan ekonomi, emosional, psikologis, relasional, dan sosial. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa transformasi tersebut tidak menunjukkan pertentangan dengan substansi konsep al-ba’ah, melainkan berupa perluasan indikator operasional mengenai kemampuan menikah sebagai respons terhadap perubahan sosial pada era disrupsi. Dengan demikian, marriage readiness dapat dipahami sebagai bentuk aktualisasi kontemporer dari konsep al-ba’ah yang tetap berorientasi pada terwujudnya kemaslahatan keluarga.

This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

ta Eros yang berorientasi pada hasrat, kepemilikan, dan pemuasan diri menuju cinta Agape yang bersifat spiritual, altruistik, dan memberi tanpa pamrih. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis teks sastra. Data diperoleh melalui pembacaan intensif terhadap teks novel dengan mengidentifikasi kutipan, motif, dialog, serta simbol-simbol yang merepresentasikan dinamika psikologis tokoh, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan konsep jenis-jenis cinta menurut Fromm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cinta Eros pada diri Zulaikha ditandai oleh ketertarikan emosional yang intens, konflik batin, dan krisis moral akibat pertentangan antara hasrat pribadi dan nilai religius. Seiring perjalanan naratif, Zulaikha mengalami transformasi menuju cinta Agape yang ditandai dengan kedewasaan emosional, pengendalian diri, kesadaran tanggung jawab personal, serta kemampuan mencintai tanpa kehilangan integritas diri. Transformasi ini menegaskan pandangan Fromm bahwa cinta sejati merupakan kekuatan produktif yang membebaskan manusia dari keterikatan egoistik dan mengarahkan pada pertumbuhan spiritual. Kajian ini memperkaya pemahaman interdisipliner antara psikologi dan sastra, khususnya dalam konteks sastra Indonesia yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai religius.

It started with analyzing the needs, studying the students, designing the product, developing the e-module, getting expert validation, and then testing the e-module on energy transformation. The results from the experts in media, language, and subject matter showed that the e-module using Heyzine flipbooks was valid for use, with an average percentage of 96%. In the testing phase, 32 students provided responses that were highly suitable for use, with an average percentage of 96%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the e-module learning material using Heyzine flipbooks on the topic of energy transformation developed in this study is proven to be valid, easy, and engaging for students to use, and highly suitable for study.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

Jawa Barat, terus berupaya mengimplementasikan berbagai inisiatif berbasis TI untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, kualitas pelayanan publik, transparansi, serta keterlibatan komunitas lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan tata kelola TI dalam mendukung pembangunan kapasitas di Kota Bekasi dengan menyoroti aspek kebijakan, infrastruktur, literasi digital masyarakat, keterlibatan perangkat lokal seperti RT/RW, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara, survei kebutuhan, dan observasi terhadap program TI, termasuk analisis peran smart city dalam mendukung tata kelola berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bekasi telah menunjukkan kemajuan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti implementasi aplikasi e-government dan peningkatan partisipasi perangkat RT/RW dalam pelayanan publik. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital di beberapa wilayah, rendahnya tingkat literasi digital masyarakat, dan kurangnya kolaborasi strategis antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas lokal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan infrastruktur TI, penyelenggaraan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi aparat pemerintahan dan perangkat RT/RW, serta perluasan kerja sama lintas sektor untuk mempercepat transformasi digital dan pembangunan kapasitas secara berkelanjutan.
