enAI as an adaptive learning medium, its effect on improving digital literacy, and Information Systems students' perceptions of its use. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the average digital literacy score increased from 68.8 to 85.0, representing an improvement of 16.2 points after the implementation of GenAI. The highest improvement was found in the Digital Safety and Ethics dimension with 19 points, followed by Digital Content Creation with 17 points, Information Literacy and Digital Technology Utilization with 16 points each, and Digital Communication and Collaboration with 13 points. The paired sample t-test produced a t-value of 8.45 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that the implementation of GenAI had a statistically significant effect on improving students' digital literacy. The students also expressed positive perceptions of GenAI because it facilitated their understanding of learning materials, increased learning motivation, and supported more effective completion of academic tasks. This study concludes that GenAI is an effective adaptive learning medium for improving students' digital literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a GenAI implementation model that integrates adaptive learning with the five dimensions of digital literacy among Information Systems students in a comprehensive manner.

These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

This study aims to analyze the coping strategies employed by working mothers with toddlers and identify the factors influencing their selection of coping strategies. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling to recruit working mothers with children under five years of age employed at a Correctional Center. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while data trustworthiness was ensured through source triangulation and member checking. The findings indicate that the coping strategies adopted by participants include social support, emotional regulation, relaxation activities, and the development of positive perspectives toward work and childcare responsibilities. The selection of these strategies is influenced by family support, personal experiences, job characteristics, the work environment, and individuals' ability to adapt to various demands. The study concludes that the successful management of dual roles among working mothers depends on their ability to integrate multiple coping strategies adaptively according to the situations they encounter. The novelty of this study lies in revealing coping strategies as an adaptive process that integrates social support, emotional regulation, relaxation activities, and positive perceptions of the work environment as part of maintaining a balance between occupational responsibilities and childcare.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by Amanda Brownies Samarinda, their role in enhancing brand awareness, and the factors that support and hinder their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that Amanda Brownies Samarinda implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through seven platforms, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. These strategies contribute to enhancing brand awareness through four dimensions: recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption. Consistency in visual identity, promotional intensity, ease of access to information, transaction convenience, product quality, and consumer engagement were identified as the primary factors supporting the success of digital marketing implementation. Nevertheless, the utilization of TikTok has not yet been optimized compared to the other platforms. This study aims to explore the practices of accountability and transparency in zakat fund management at the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sumbawa Regency and to examine their contribution to public trust. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that accountability has been implemented through financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109, external auditing, and structured accountability mechanisms. Transparency is demonstrated through the dissemination of information via the official website, social media platforms, print media, and public outreach activities. The implementation of these principles contributes to strengthening the trust of muzakki (zakat payers) and generating tangible benefits for mustahik (zakat beneficiaries), although improvements in information accessibility and the development of productive zakat programs remain necessary. The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of the interrelationship between accountability, transparency, muzakki trust, and the perceived benefits experienced by mustahik within the context of regional zakat management at BAZNAS Sumbawa Regency.

professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

This study aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of tourism based on cultural weaving products, strengthen the bargaining position of local artisans, and examine efforts to maintain a balance between economic benefits and cultural preservation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design and involved 150 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings reveal that experiential tourism increased average household income by 35% and enhanced women's participation by 42% through their involvement in production activities, training programs, tour guiding, and the management of creative enterprises. Traditional weaving products were successfully developed as the primary tourism attraction, generating greater economic value while preserving cultural integrity through the clear distinction between sacred and commercial products. The utilization of digital media further expanded market access and strengthened product competitiveness. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an integrative model that connects community empowerment, experiential tourism, cultural preservation, women’s empowerment, and digital cultural entrepreneurship as a sustainable strategy for cultural tourism development.

This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.

This study focuses on how early adult women interpret their experiences of witnessing paternal infidelity and the implications of these experiences for trust, commitment, emotional dynamics, and partner selection processes. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed to explore the subjective experiences of three early adult women aged 20-22 who encountered such events during adolescence. The findings indicate that these experiences are interpreted as traumatic, giving rise to anxiety, fear of betrayal, and difficulties in developing trust, while simultaneously fostering heightened vigilance and selectivity in choosing partners, with an emphasis on loyalty, communication, and emotional security. The emerging psychological dynamics include trust issues, a tendency to avoid conflict, and a strong need for emotional stability, which are addressed through conscious efforts to build healthier relationships characterized by open communication and effective emotional regulation. The study concludes that the subjective meaning-making of paternal infidelity plays a crucial role in shaping relational patterns, perceptions of romantic relationships, and partner selection decisions among early adult women. The research problem focuses on the suboptimal mechanisms for resolving problematic financing, the existence of a gap between legal norms and their practical implementation, and the lack of integration of philosophical approaches within the framework of Islamic economic law. This study aims to analyze resolution mechanisms from the perspective of Islamic economic law, identify the factors contributing to the normative–practical gap, and formulate a more comprehensive and equitable resolution model. The method employed is normative juridical, utilizing statutory and case approaches, with secondary data analyzed qualitatively through deductive reasoning. The findings indicate that the resolution of non-performing financing is still predominantly characterized by restructuring measures that are administrative in nature and fail to address root causes, while litigation pathways remain relatively ineffective due to procedural and substantive constraints. The disparity between legal norms and practice suggests that legal implementation has not fully reflected the principles of substantive justice. The study concludes by emphasizing the necessity of reconstructing resolution mechanisms through the integration of normative, empirical, and philosophical dimensions. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah-based resolution model that offers a holistic approach oriented toward justice, public welfare, and the balance of interests, thereby providing more effective, contextual, and sustainable solutions within the Islamic financial system in Indonesia.
