The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This has become a discourse and issue of legal norms for sharia arbitration as an option for sharia insurance dispute resolution, and so far the resolution of sharia insurance disputes through sharia arbitration is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 14 of 2016. bibliometric analysis of global trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments remains limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. Lokasi penelitian mencakup empat kecamatan produsen kopi seluas 9.959 Ha. Hasil menunjukkan formalisasi IG oleh DJKI berdampak pada kenaikan harga Green Bean hingga 62% dan harga petik merah menyentuh Rp90.000/kg karena kepatuhan SOP komunal yang dimonitor MPIG. Kesimpulan menegaskan model layanan publik pluralistik yang fasilitatif memperkuat legitimasi aturan lokal dan keberlanjutan kualitas. Rekomendasi mencakup institusionalisasi model LPP di Pemkab, penguatan MPIG, standar verifikasi substantif, dan replikasi kebijakan IG komoditas lokal secara nasional.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan signifikan dari karakter surau sebagai pusat ibadah, dakwah, dan pembinaan moral menuju fungsi yang lebih bersifat seremonial, simbolik, dan ekonomis. Temuan juga mengidentifikasi munculnya komersialisasi aktivitas keagamaan, melemahnya partisipasi ibadah rutin, krisis identitas religius generasi muda, serta hilangnya kesadaran kolektif mengenai fungsi ideal surau sebagai ruang pembentukan karakter dan solidaritas sosial. Faktor penyebab kemunduran fungsi surau meliputi sekularisme, individualisme, rendahnya kepemimpinan moral, kemerosotan legitimasi otoritas keagamaan, serta minimnya dukungan kebijakan struktural. Penelitian ini menekankan urgensi revitalisasi surau melalui model tata kelola berbasis jamaah, integrasi pendidikan akhlak, kolaborasi ulama–adat–pemerintah–pemuda, kurikulum pembinaan yang sistematis, serta transparansi pendanaan sebagai fondasi pemulihan kepercayaan publik. The present study critically assesses the related literatures and proposes a viable cash waqf-based model which has the potential to benefit Islamic MSMEs. To ensure the successful running of the cash-waqf based model, it is recommended for the model to be established under the umbrella of a respectable Islamic body, namely Indonesia Waqf Council/Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI).
