consisted of 100 Rumah Tempe customers selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria of being at least 17 years old, having made purchases independently, and having purchased the product at least twice. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, supported by interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that product quality, brand image, and promotion have positive and significant effects on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Among the three variables, promotion has the strongest influence, indicating that effective promotional activities play an important role in encouraging repeat purchases and customer recommendations. These findings imply that Rumah Tempe should consistently maintain product quality, strengthen its brand image, and optimize promotional strategies to increase customer loyalty in the competitive local snack food market.

tellectual evolution of this field of study and identify dominant themes, development trends, and opportunities for research gaps in the international literature. The method employed is a bibliometric analysis based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA procedure on Scopus articles from 2018 to 2025. From a selection process of 2,009 documents, the study identified 37 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, which were then analyzed using co-authorship, co-occurrence, network, overlay, and density visualizations. The results indicate that the themes of customer loyalty, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust form the core of the intellectual structure with the highest connectivity, while the themes of financial performance, digital trust, banking mergers, and Sharia banking mergers remain in low-density areas, signaling opportunities for research development. The novelty map also reveals a shift in focus from traditional loyalty models toward digital banking, customer experience, and e-CRM. The novelty of this study lies in its proposal of a new research agenda model that integrates financial performance–customer trust–customer loyalty within the context of digital transformation and the consolidation of Sharia banks. criptive method using secondary data obtained through documentation, including village revenue targets, revenue realization, expenditure budgets, expenditure realization, and financing budget data. The data were analyzed using effectiveness, efficiency, and growth ratio calculations to assess the achievement of revenue targets, the control of village expenditure, and the development of village financial performance over time. The results show that the effectiveness ratio was 60.71% in 2019, categorized as less effective, but improved to 100.25% in 2020 and 100.02% in 2022, both categorized as very effective. In 2021 and 2023, the effectiveness ratios were 99.99% and 99.74%, respectively, categorized as effective. The efficiency ratio remained in the very efficient category throughout 2019–2023, with values ranging from 39.14% to 51.16%. Meanwhile, revenue growth fluctuated, increasing by 57.86% in 2020, declining in 2021 and 2022, and rising again by 1.71% in 2023. These findings imply that Tebing Batu Village needs to maintain budget efficiency while strengthening revenue planning to achieve more stable financial growth.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an elasticity ratio approach and an interactive analysis model. The results show that the swallow nest tax has not been effective in increasing PAD, with an average elasticity value of -0.03% (inelastic) during the 2022–2024 period. The realization of tax revenue is still far below the established target. This condition is influenced by low taxpayer awareness, suboptimal business reporting, limited supervision, and unstable harvest yields. As a result, the tax effectiveness remains low and has not provided a significant contribution to PAD.

Quantitative analysis is carried out by measuring the formal compliance ratio based on the number of taxpayers who pay on time compared to the number of registered taxpayers, while qualitative analysis is conducted through indicators of awareness, compliance with due dates, compliance with regulations, willingness to pay, and views on Samsat services. The results of the study indicate that the level of taxpayer compliance is relatively high, but it shows a tendency to decrease from year to year. The decrease is influenced by the increasing number of registered vehicles that is not matched by an increase in awareness, the economic factors of the community, and delays in payment due to other priority needs. Service innovations such as mobile services and digital convenience contribute positively, but have not fully encouraged optimal compliance. This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

Using an exploratory qualitative approach, data were collected from five shallot farmers, one agricultural extension officer, and one farmer group leader through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis supported by source and technique triangulation. The findings show that reported income is highly vulnerable to variable production costs, particularly labor, seed, and pesticides. Land productivity is closely related to land ownership status and farming scale, while price efficiency is constrained by farmers' weak bargaining position and dependence on intermediaries. Farmers apply adaptive strategies such as delaying sales, drying harvested shallots, and converting part of the harvest into seed stock. However, these strategies are limited by liquidity needs, storage capacity, product quality, and market uncertainty. The study concludes that improving farmers' income stability requires integrated cost control, asset productivity, price information access, post-harvest support, and stronger farmer institutions.

The results of the study indicate that partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study reveal that work discipline and compensation are the dominant factors in improving employee performance, while the work environment is not the main factor in this research context. Therefore, the company is recommended to focus more on enhancing work discipline and providing fair and appropriate compensation to improve employee performance optimally
