The Influence of Competence and Work Experience on The performance of The People's Economy Bank With Democratic Leadership as an Intervening Variable

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on lecturer performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Nazhatut Thullab Al-Muafa University, Sampang.… ampang. This study used a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS method. The study population was all 66 permanent and non-permanent lecturers, using a census method (total sampling). The primary theory underlying this study is Goal Setting Theory. This study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that leadership can contribute to lecturer performance. Work motivation contributes to lecturer performance. Leadership contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. Similarly, motivation contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. These findings theoretically sharpen and expand the concepts discussed, and practically can serve as guidelines for Nazhatut Thullab Al-Muafa University, Sampang, in improving lecturer performance, evaluating, and driving institutional progress.   Kata Kunci:  Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Lecturer Performance

The Determinants of Bank Risk : Case of Tunisia

Abstract: Banks  are  defined  as financial  intermediaries  that borrow  money  from  surplus  spending units and lend to deficit spending units. During this process, they carry out four basic services: liquidity intermediation,… diation, denomination intermediation, risk intermediation, and maturity intermediation. The nature of this intermediation makes banks face many risks, including liquidity risk, operational risk, credit risk, interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk. In this study we attempt to identified the determinants of bank risk in Tunisian context . We measured bank risk with (RWTA. NPL and Zscore). We used a sample of 11 banks quoted in financial market of Tunis for the period ( 2014-2023). By estimation of 3 models with the technique of panel data ,we found that liquidity ; total credit ; return on equity ; size ; capital ; economic growth and inflation have a significant effect on bank risk

The Influence of Financial Performance on Stock Prices in Banking Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract: Stock price fluctuations in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reflect the financial condition of the company and are a major concern for both companies and investors. One of the factors that… influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions

Marketing Performance of Pomelo Oranges in Padang Lampe Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkajene Kepulauan Regency

Abstract: This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing channels and analyze the costs, margins profits, and economic efficiency of each pomelo orange marketing channel in Padang Lampe Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency.… gency. A sampling of producers was carried out by Simple Random Sampling while marketing institution samples using the tracing method or (snowball sampling) namely by tracing sales and purchases of pomelo oranges from producers to consumers. The results of the study showed that there are two types of marketing channels in Padang Lampe Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency, namely, channel I: Farmers--------Collectors --------- Inter-Island Traders ----------- Retailers --------------- Consumers. Furthermore, Marketing Channel II is from Farmers ----------- Retailers ----------- Consumers. In Marketing Channel I, the total marketing cost is IDR 25,660,000/7500 pomelo fruits, the total marketing margin is IDR 78,750,000/7500 fruits, and the total marketing profit is IDR 46,790,000. In Marketing Channel II, the total marketing cost is IDR 1,175,000/300 fruits, the marketing margin is IDR 2,250,000 and the total marketing profit is IDR 1,075,000. Marketing Channel II is the most efficient pomelo marketing channel because it has the lowest marketing margin, which is IDR. 2,250,000/300 pieces and has the highest Farmer's Share value, namely 57.14%.

Abstract: This research departs from the fact that MSMEs are the pillars of economic growth to date, but their business growth is hampered by problems of weak control of strategic resources and limited market access. The general aim… im of this research is to examine the development of a brick business competitiveness model. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an emphasis on explanatory research. The sample units are brick businesses located in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, totaling 65 businesses. Data collection used a survey with a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale measurement. Respondents are asked to provide answers to closed statements. The respondents are brick business owners. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistics to describe research variables and inferential statistics through PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis version of the WarpPLS 4.0 program. The results of the research analysis will be supported and deepened using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with several key informants and stakeholders.

Development of Innovative Packaging Design for Madura Cassava Chips to Improve Product Competitiveness

Abstract: This research aims to develop the design and packaging of Madurese Cassava Chips products at Mrs X's UMKM. The research method used is a research and development model using the ADDIE model. The sample used in this study… totalled 55 respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire sheet in the form of a google form. There are validation results from design experts and business practitioner experts, which are very feasible. The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it was found that there were differences in product packaging design on the competitiveness of Mrs X's MSMEs before and after developing the Madura Cassava Chips product packaging design. Based on the results that have been obtained, the development of the Madura Cassava Chips product design and packaging is very feasible to use

The Influence of Corporate Governance on Tax Management in Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange In 2017-2019

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee have an effect on tax management in basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.… xchange. Secondary data was obtained based on purposive sampling of financial reports. The population was conducted on basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX with a number of 54 companies, while the samples were selected with purposive sampling method obtained a total of 12 companies or 36 samples for the period 2017-2019. But the 36 samples processed the result is abnormal distribution, so the researcher increase the observation period on the IDX in 2015.2020. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicated that the public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee no have significant effect on the tax management. 

The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

Abstract: This study purpose to support the Indonesia’s government program to become a developed and prosperous country. The sample for this study the millennial generation and Z generation who live  Makassar City and have total wealth&#8230; l wealth or investment around IDR 70 million. We use this generations because the next generation has an important role to build and develop the finance sector in Indonesia and will support to become a developed country. The results show that financial literacy, income and financial behavior significantly positive with investment decisions. It is mean that good financial literacy, higher income, and the well financial behaviour will improve the quality of investment decisions.

The Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Activities on The Value of Manufacturing Companies in The Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on The IDX 2018-2022

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, analyzing, and testing the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed&#8230; d on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Profitability is measured by Return on Equity, liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio, solvency is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio, and activity is measured by Total Asset Turnover. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a comparative causal approach. The population used in this study were 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. so that a sample of 11 food and beverage sub-sector companies were obtained which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study state that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Solvability has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. liquidity and activity have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
