nd Cognitive Appraisal Theory, the research explores both the direct and indirect effects of APA on employee trust, with Perceived Procedural Fairness (PPF) as a mediating variable. The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. Future research should investigate these relationships in longitudinal and multi-contextual settings to deepen the understanding of trust dynamics in evolving AI-mediated work environments.

This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

The review focuses on two key aspects: the design principles employed in application development and the learning outcomes achieved following their use. The review involved selecting literature from the past six years using specific inclusion criteria, including content relevance, source credibility, and its connection to mobile learning practices in Islamic education. Analysis reveals that designs considering cultural appropriateness, user interface interactivity, and integration of Islamic values positively influence students' emotional engagement, motivation, and content comprehension. Learning outcomes also extend into affective and spiritual domains, not merely cognitive. These findings serve as an initial foundation for developers and educators to build an adaptive, meaningful, and value-based Islamic mobile learning ecosystem.

The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.

In conclusion, understanding the patterns and intensity of land cover changes in Tiakur City is crucial for evaluating spatial planning policies and improving infrastructure development planning for the future.
