un berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama empat bulan di Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.

This study aims to analyze the multilingual communication practices of Central Java–West Java border communities and to explain the role of language in representing community social identity. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method supported by social-contextual reflection. Data were obtained from various scientific sources discussing multilingual communication, social identity, intercultural communication, bilingualism, and multilingualism. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, theme categorization, meaning interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that border communities flexibly use Javanese, Sundanese, and Indonesian according to the context of interaction, social relations, and communication needs. The practices of code switching and code mixing are important parts of daily communication as forms of social and cultural adaptation. In addition, language use functions as a symbol of cultural identity, a means of identity negotiation, and a mechanism of social integration in a multicultural environment. The findings affirm that multilingual communication is a representation of dynamic social identity and reflects the ability of border communities to maintain social harmony amid cultural diversity.

Using a qualitative textual approach, the text is segmented into clauses and analyzed to identify patterns of thematic choice and progression. The findings reveal a consistent foregrounding of institutional actors, such as state authorities and legal bodies, in Theme position when reporting legal actions and policy decisions, while members of the LGBT community and civil society figures are predominantly thematized in clauses expressing reactions, personal experiences, and anticipated consequences. This asymmetric thematic distribution constructs a discourse in which state authority is positioned as the primary agent of action, whereas affected social groups are framed as respondents to institutional power. The study demonstrates that ideological meanings in news discourse may be realized implicitly through grammatical organization rather than explicit evaluative language, and it highlights the value of Theme–Rheme analysis for examining power relations in contemporary international news reporting.

The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.

The conclusion from this research is that it is important to maintain a balance between efforts to prevent and handle narcotics with protecting individual human rights. Effective implementation of narcotics policies must take into account the basic rights of individuals and seek to reduce negative social impacts. This research underlines the need for a holistic and sustainable approach in dealing with narcotics issues without compromising human rights

Reksodiwiryo Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 341 orang dengan jumlah sampel 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik proposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kecemasan dengan Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) dan untuk tekanan darah menggunakan Sphygmomanometer dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square p-value ≤ 0,05. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan data lebih dari separoh 50 (64.9%) responden mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah, dan 35 (45.5%) responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang pada pasien pre operasi. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah (p-value = 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Ada Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Pre Operasi Terjadwal Diruangan Imam Bonjol Rumah Sakit Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.
Increased blood pressure in patients before surgery is caused by psychological disorders, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in preoperative patients can increase blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure if left untreated can lead to complications during and after surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the room of Imam Bonjol Hospital Tk. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This study is aquantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study is 341 people with a sample of 77 people. The sampling technique is the proposive sampling technique. The instrument used anxiety with the Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) and for blood pressure using a Sphygmomanometer using an observation sheet, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with the Chi-Square p-value test ≤ 0.05. The results of the univariate analysis obtained data from more than half of 50 (64.9%) respondents experienced an increase in blood pressure, and 35 (45.5%) respondents had moderate levels of anxiety in preoperative patients. The results of the Chi-Square test showed a significant association between anxiety levels and increased blood pressure (p-value = 0.000). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the Imam Bonjol room, Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang.
