Villages, as the lowest level of government, play a strategic role in development and public service delivery; however, they still face various challenges in administration and management. Manual administrative processes lead to slow services, a high risk of errors, and low levels of transparency and accountability. In addition, the limited competence of village officials in technology and modern management hinders the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and evaluation of development programs. This condition impacts the quality of public services and reduces community participation. Therefore, digital transformation and the strengthening of village governance management have become urgent necessities. A Community Service program entitled “Towards a Modern Village: Digital Administration and Effective Management” is designed to enhance the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring. rapa Puskesmas kota padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program KB di Puskesmas Kota Padang tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam pada 6 informan, yaitu kepala puskesmas, pemegang program KB, penanggung jawab promosi kesehatan, kader KB, dan 2 akseptor KB. Penelitian dilakukan dari Maret hingga Agustus 2025, dengan pengumpulan data pada 17 Juni–17 Juli 2025 menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam program KB adalah 3 bidan bersertifikat CTU (Contraception Technology Update). Dana program bersumber dari BOK dan BKKBN. Sarana prasarana meliputi ruangan KB, alat kontrasepsi, dan komputer. Pelaksanaan kebijakan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 17 Tahun 2024 dan Peraturan BKKBN No. 1 Tahun 2023. Penyuluhan KB dilakukan oleh puskesmas, namun diperlukan jadwal tetap agar masyarakat lebih mudah mengikuti penyuluhan. Konsultasi dan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi berjalan baik dengan masyarakat aktif bertanya di puskesmas. Penilaian program KB dilakukan saat lokakarya bulanan/tribulanan. Kesimpulan: tenaga kesehatan dan dana cukup, pelaksanaan dan monitoring program KB sudah baik. Saran: puskesmas perlu menyediakan jadwal penyuluhan tetap dan edukasi lebih lanjut tentang alat kontrasepsi kepada masyarakat.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui penyebaran kuesioner online kepada 100 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Sistem Informasi di STIKOM Tunas Bangsa, Pematangsiantar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% responden lebih memilih metode pembayaran digital dibandingkan tunai, dengan alasan utama kepraktisan, kecepatan transaksi, dan berbagai keuntungan seperti promo dan cashback. Aplikasi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah OVO, DANA, dan GoPay. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat sebagian mahasiswa yang menggunakan pembayaran tunai karena keterbatasan fasilitas, kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data, dan kurangnya kebiasaan menggunakan aplikasi FinTech. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa FinTech memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebiasaan transaksi mahasiswa, namun adopsi teknologi belum sepenuhnya merata.

The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.
International cooperation, such as with the State of Neuvo Leon-Mexico, shows efforts to expand investment networks and global market visibility, with an evaluation of the benefits and costs required. Promotional activities such as seminars on investment strategies focus on strengthening regional branding and effective promotional techniques. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive analysis of marketing mix elements in the context of investment promotion as well as recommendations for continuous adaptation according to market changes. These findings provide new insights for the development of more effective investment marketing communication strategies in the future.

The findings indicate that AI-based visualization can create a more immersive reading experience, enhancing the reader's comprehension through relevant illustrations. This technology also provides creative interpretations that expand the artistic dimensions of short stories. Despite its potential, challenges such as maintaining visual consistency across scenes remain. These findings provide new insights into the integration of digital technology in literary transformation, paving the way for innovative future methodologies.

The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing purposive and random sampling to select students from hybrid classrooms. Data were collected through gamification-based platforms, student engagement surveys, and academic performance tests. The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. Future research should investigate the broader impacts of gamification, particularly on diverse learning styles and across different academic subjects.

Metode tersebut memiliki fokus untuk mengukur persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use) dan persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness), serta dampaknya terhadap niat penggunaan (Behavioral Intention to Use) dan penggunaan aktual (Actual Usage) website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai perhitungan validitas di nyatakan valid dan perhitungan reliabilitas dinyatakan Reliabel karena semua konstruk memiliki nilai di atas 0.7. Perhitungan R-Square menunjukkan hasil variabel AU 0,488 sehingga disimpulkan lemah dan pada variabel BI bernilai 0,538 sehingga dinyatakan moderat. Perhitungan F-Square menunjukkan hasil 0,952 sehingga BI berpengaruh sangat besar terhadap AU. Hasil perhitungan PEU terhadap BI bernilai 0,068 sehingga PEU memiliki pengaruh yang kecil terhadap BI. Perhitungan PU terhadap BI sebesar 0,340 menunjukkan bahwa PU berpengaruh besar terhadap BI. Hasil nilai pada Q-Square sebesar 0,285 menunjukkan bahwa AU memiliki validitas rediktif yang baik dan hasil yang di temukan pada perhitungan Paired Sample T-test. hasil output bootstrapping menggunakan SmartPLS 3, hasil tersebut menunjukkan hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima atau ditolak.

tujuan untuk menelaah implementasi pelaksanaan fintech syariah berdasarkan beberapa regulasi dan fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh OJK, Bank Indonesia, dan MUI sehingga tercipta persaingan usaha yang sehat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 19/12/PBI/2017 dan Peraturan OJK (POJK) Nomor: 77/POJK.01/2016 masih terdapat ketidakjelasan pemisahan antara regulasi untuk fintech konvensional dan fintech syariah. Kemudian pada tahun 2018 barulah muncul Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 tentang Layanan Pembiayaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah yang mengatur secara lebih spesifik dan komperhensif mengenai fintech syariah. Otoritas yang berwenang dalam mengatur keberlangsung industri fintech syariah harus membuat regulasi secara komprehensif agar memperkecil risiko persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat dan meningkatkan minat para konsumen untuk menggunakan fintech syariah.
