Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa has significantly transformed the company’s HR operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness across various HR functions. Located… cated in Makassar, PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, a major player in the cement manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing its large and diverse workforce, including slow recruitment processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and inefficient data management. To address these challenges, the company adopted cloud-based HR management systems, automated recruitment tools, and performance management software, allowing for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. This abstract discusses the background of the problem regarding organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

These enterprises, known as culinary MSMEs, have played a pivotal role in the country's economic… omic development. To remain competitive in the dynamic market, these MSMEs need to embrace innovative and creative strategies that can drive their growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. To address these challenges, collaboration with external parties, such as the government, research institutions, and universities, can be a crucial step in enhancing the innovation capabilities of these enterprises.

Abstract: This study intends to investigate the impact of social capital, social institutions, and local potential on the success of KUBE start-ups, as regulated by an entrepreneurial mindset. This study's population consists of VCO… CO business players who belong to joint business organizations. The sample consisted of 200 respondents chosen using the approach of purposive sampling. The data utilized are both original data collected from respondents via questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application to handle data. According to the findings of this study, Social Capital and Social Institutions have little effect on the success of KUBE Start Up. Meanwhile, Local Potential and Entrepreneurial Spirit have a substantial beneficial impact on KUBE Start Up's success. Entrepreneur Spirit does not mitigate the influence of Social Capital, Social Institutions, and Local Potential on KUBE Startup's success.

This is in accordance with the results of a review which concluded that management audit plays an important role in human resources.

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction
