tain a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects that regulate freedom of expression in the country. Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan program kewirausahan dari Ndou dan metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan dari Esmi, yang mempunyai 4 tahap dan metode sebagai berikut; ) Fase Inspirasi (Inspiration); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran langsung dengan cara mengundang tamu pengusaha (inviting guest entrepreneurs), seminar kewirausahaan (entrepreneuship talks), dan bimbingan wirausaha (entrepreneurship tutoring), 2) Fase Keterlibatan (Engagement); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran operasional praktek yaitu memulai bisnis (starting business), 3) Fase Eksploitasi (exploitation); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran operasional praktik dengan cara melakukan kelas praktek (class practice). 4) Fase Keberlanjutan (Sustainment); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran interaktif dengan cara membangun jaringan relasi (networking). Kami memberikan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Stiami (KEMAS) yakni; a) Perguruan tinggi harus membuat inkubator bisnis sebagai wadah kolaborasi para wirausaha mahasiswa, b). Perguruan tinggi perlu menyediakan sarana dan prasarana untuk kegiatan berwirausaha mahasiswa seperti kantin khusus produk-produk mahasiswa, c) Perguruan tinggi perlu membentuk tim khusus terkait event-event dan workhshop kewirausahaan agar memotivasi dan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, d) perguruan tinggi perlu mensosialisasikan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang memfasilitasi kegiatan wirausaha mahasiswa seperti Wirausaha Merdeka, Porgram Kreatiftas Mahasiswa (PKM) dan Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW) agar daya minat mahasiswa berwirausaha semakin meningkat dan melahirkan para mahasiswa yang berminat untuk menjadi pengusaha.

n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". Based on the results, the experimenter recommends that the teacher use two manuals in the teaching-literacy process because two books meet the criteria of a good book.

Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. Its novelty lies in cross-cultural collaboration and the creative utilization of coloring techniques, presenting new opportunities for textile art development. The implications can guide further research in the contexts of education and the sustainability of traditional arts.

A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. nelitian ini ialah penelitian bidang dengan prosedur kualitatif, dan menggunakan pengkajian deskriptif, yang bermaksud untuk menyerahkan deskripsi mengenai manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Terpadu Rangganis Bogor. Instrumen bidang yang diterapkan adalah observasi, dasar wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selagi observasi dan dokumentasi diterapkan untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan. Semua data yang terhimpun kemudian diolah dan pengkajian menggunakan pengkajian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Manajemen Kurikulum sudah hampir efektif dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pemantauan terhadap kegiatan atau program yang telah dilaksanakan. 2) Perencanaan kurikulum di SMK Terpadu Rangganis Bogor dilakukan pertama dengan penyusunan team work yang kewajibannya ialah mengelola kurikulum dan pendidikan di sekolah. Fungsi guna mengembangkan mutu pendidikan.3) Pengorganisasian manajemen kurikulum di SMK Terpadu Rangganis Bogor memiliki susunan organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan dan sumber daya yang sesuai dengan kemampuan satu persatu. 4) Pelaksanaan kurikulum di SMK Terpadu Rangganis Bogor dikenali melalui proses penyelarasan bersama perjumpaan atau rapat yang dilaksanakan untuk pihak yang berkaitan dalam penerapan kurikulum. 5) Pengawasan telah terpenuhi dalam kegiatan manajemen pengelolaan SMK Terpadu Rangganis Bogor, akan tetapi sebagai hal berkaitan dengan pemantauan ini tetap perlu dikembangkan, bagaikan supervisi yang lebih mendalam melalui yayasan dengan menerapkan perangkat yang ternilai.
