Application of Stacking Ensemble Learning for Classifying Patient Revisit Patterns in Primary Healthcare Facilities

Nasrun Marpaung, Dewi Maharani, Akmal Nasution
Abstract: The increasing volume of patient visits in primary healthcare facilities (such as community health centers and clinics) demands efficient resource management and scheduling systems. The inability to predict patient arrival… al patterns often leads to long queues and suboptimal allocation of medical personnel. To overcome these issues, this study proposes the development of an intelligent framework based on Stacking Ensemble Learning to accurately classify and predict patient revisit frequency patterns. The proposed architecture integrates three heterogeneous base classification models (base learners), namely Logistic Regression (LR), Support Vector Machine (SVM) with non-linear Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel projection, and Random Forest (RF). The probability predictions from these three base models are then combined into a secondary Logistic Regression based meta-learner to optimize the final decision and reduce the predictive bias of single models. Experiments were conducted using a dataset sourced from actual primary healthcare medical records, totaling 499 data entries. Given the highly imbalanced distribution of demographic data, the preprocessing stages were comprehensively designed, encompassing numerical scale feature standardization and the application of the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) class balancing algorithm. Model testing was performed using a 5-fold stratified cross-validation scheme to ensure the robustness of the model's generalization. Comprehensive evaluation results proved that the Stacking Ensemble architecture achieved peak performance with an Accuracy of 88.4%, Precision of 85%, Recall of 90%, and an F1-Score of 0.88. Furthermore, curve analysis revealed an Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic (AUC-ROC) score of 0.961 and a Precision-Recall AUC of 0.95, consistently outperforming the capabilities of each individual baseline model. These findings confirm that combining hybrid machine learning models can produce highly stable and reliable predictions while minimizing false negative errors. This architecture holds massive potential for practical implementation as the foundation of a decision support system in managing operational services within primary healthcare facilities.

The Effect of Peer Support, Authoritary Parenting Style, Resilience on The Academic Achievement of Students of State Senior High School 1 Tambun

Cholidah, Nur
Abstract: Nowadays, issues related to children's academic achievement are something that parents are concerned about. Every effort is made to improve their performance at school. However, there are times when children become tired… or bored due to the long time needed to study. In some case found at SMAN 1 Tambun where the intelligence level is good but the learning achievement at school is not so, aka the value is very standard or behaves lazily at school or even like it is difficult to socialize so that it tends to be individual. From this matter, the teachers finally think that is the influence on current learning achievement externally and internally on their students. Not to mention that children are very easy to make excuses, especially those related to stress either due to the demands of parents, little rest time, do not fit into the environment so that they get to the point that school is not important just a formality so as not to be reprimanded by parents or to be the same as most people. The high and low achievement motivation of students is always used as an indicator of the good and bad learning achievement of a student. With achievement motivation, students will be encouraged to learn and like certain subjects happily studying the subject. In this study using a sample of 110 students and researchers sampled class X students at SMAN 1 TAMBUN. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of peer support, authoritarian parenting and resilience on academic achievement.

Abstract: Workload is a responsibility that each worker has to take on, but if the workload has an excessive quantity in many ways, it will certainly have a negative impact on the workers concerned. It is caused by all forms of workload… rkload that can provide its own pressure for female employees with all the demands that exist, such as one of which is that female employees must still be able to perform stable or good performance in accordance with existing standards. In this situation, an ability called resilience is needed. Resilience will allow a person to keep standing upright in the face of existing problems and actively seek solutions to the problems being faced. Good resilience can greatly help female employees to be able to optimize their work, even in difficult times so that it has an impact on their health both physically and mentally, and affects the success achieved in interacting with their environment and remaining productive in carrying out their responsibilities to the fullest. Female employees who have resilience are certainly supported by a factor such as emotional intelligence that can help female employees increasingly have an awareness of the importance of resilience when facing existing difficulties. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on resilience owned by female employees, especially those at PT "X" East Jakarta. This study involved 40 employees at PT "X" East Jakarta. The measuring instruments used in this study are resilience scale and emotional intelligence scale. The results of simple regression analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive influence on resilience owned by employees at PT "X" East Jakarta. Emotional intelligence affects a person's level of resilience. The implication of this research is that can provide information to employees at PT "X" East Jakarta and or general readers who have the same condition to be more aware of the importance of having resilience and knowing the emotional intelligence factors that exist to still be able to help further improve resilience when in a difficult situation or condition such as pressure or a lot of workload.

Cybergogy-Assisted E-Module to Boost Middle Schoolers’ Digital Literacy in the Mixture Separation Topic

Ramadhani, Novitasari, Subekti, Hasan
Abstract: This study aims to describe the effect of a cybergogy-based approach supported by an e-module in fostering students’ digital literacy on the topic of mixture separation. Motivated by the demands of Industry 4.0/Society 5.0… 5.0 and low literacy outcomes (e.g., PISA 2022) as well as preliminary findings at SMP Negeri 1 Bagor—where only 50% of students surpassed the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 70 in science—the research employed a pre-experimental one-shot case study design with 32 Grade VIII-D students. Digital-literacy performance was measured through a verified posttest and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Shapiro–Wilk testing indicated non-normality, so a Wilcoxon test was conducted against the KKM benchmark. The mean posttest score was 82.28 (min 75.00; max 91.66), with average achievement across components of 79% (high category); hypertext navigation was the strongest component (94%, very high), while content evaluation was the weakest (64%, high). The Wilcoxon test yielded Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.001, indicating a significant improvement relative to the benchmark. These findings suggest that the cybergogy-assisted e-module is effective for cultivating students’ digital literacy in mixture separation, with device-access constraints noted as a practical limitation for future implementations.

Multi-Criteria Evaluation Of Student Career Readiness Using An Intelligent Topsis-Based Decision Support System

Revi Gusriva
Abstract: The assessment of student career readiness requires a systematic approach that considers multiple competencies and experiences relevant to workplace demands. This study develops an intelligent decision support system based… ed on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to evaluate and map student career readiness. The study uses 20 student samples and five assessment criteria: field-specific competence (C1), internship experience (C2), communication skills (C3), digital literacy (C4), and English language proficiency (C5). Each criterion is assigned a weight based on its relative importance. The TOPSIS method involves decision matrix construction, normalization, weighted normalization, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, distance calculation, and preference value calculation. The results show that Y11 achieved the highest preference value of 0.8296, followed by Y6 (0.7951), Y19 (0.7274), Y5 (0.7116), and Y2 (0.6999), while Y9 obtained the lowest preference value of 0.3112. Based on the classification results, 1 student (5%) was categorized as Highly Ready, 5 students (25%) as Ready, 12 students (60%) as Moderately Ready, and 2 students (10%) as Not Ready. These findings demonstrate that TOPSIS can effectively rank and classify student career readiness based on multiple assessment criteria. The proposed system can support higher education institutions in identifying students’ readiness levels and developing more objective, targeted, and data-driven career development strategies.

RECONSTRUCTING QUR’AN-BASED DIGITAL COMMUNICATION ETHICS: A THEMATIC TAFSIR ANALYSIS OF QS. AL-HUJURAT VERSES 11–13 FOR STRENGTHENING CHARACTER EDUCATION

Tampubolon, Sintong, Fernando, Derri Adi, Ilahi, Afdhal
Abstract: The advancement of digital communication has generated a range of ethical challenges, including cyberbullying, insults, negative labeling, the dissemination of unverified information, privacy violations, digital ghibah (backbiting),… backbiting), polarization, and discrimination. These challenges call for an ethical framework that is not merely technical in nature but is also firmly grounded in Islamic values. This study aims to reconstruct a Qur’an-based digital communication ethics framework through a thematic analysis of Qur’anic interpretation of QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 and to examine its relevance to strengthening character education. This qualitative study employs a library research approach using thematic Qur’anic interpretation, content analysis, and contextual analysis of the Qur’an, classical and contemporary exegetical works, as well as scholarly literature on digital communication and character education. The findings reveal that QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 embody eight ethical principles that can be reconstructed within the context of digital communication: Dignity Protection, Respectful Communication, No Negative Labeling, Critical Verification, Privacy Protection, Responsible Speech, Inclusive Interaction, and Digital Equality. These eight principles are synthesized into the Qur’anic Digital Communication Ethics Framework (QDCEF), which comprises three overarching dimensions: Dignity, Responsibility, and Inclusion. The framework is further mapped onto the character values of respect, empathy, civility, tolerance, critical thinking, objectivity, trustworthiness, responsibility, integrity, justice, and self-control. These findings affirm that QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 are relevant not only as a source of moral and character education but also as a conceptual foundation for reconstructing a digital communication ethics framework that bridges Qur’anic values with the demands of character education in the digital era. The proposed QDCEF thus offers a value-based conceptual framework for fostering ethical, responsible, inclusive, and character-oriented digital communication.

Learning agility also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.286; t = 5.037; p < 0.001). Furthermore, employee engagement has the strongest positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.411; t = 7.126; p < 0.001). The model explains 68.4% of the variance in employee performance, indicating substantial explanatory power. These findings highlight the importance of integrating digitally capable leadership, continuous employee learning, and strong employee engagement to improve performance in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven work environment. The study contributes to the understanding of how organizational and individual factors jointly support employee performance in the digital era

How Individualized Consideration Enhances Work-Life Balance: The Mediating Role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the Moderating Effect of Work Overload

Arifin, Zainal, Sanusi, Fauji, Ichwanudin, Wawan, Mukhsin, Moh., Prahiawan, Wawan, Setya, Yanto Azie
Abstract: Maintaining employees’ Work-Life Balance (WLB) remains a major challenge for organizations operating under high operational demands. This study examines the effect of Individualized Consideration on Work-Life Balance through… hrough Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with Work Overload as a moderating variable. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using a census survey involving 149 operational employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Cikupa, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that Individualized Consideration has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior but does not have a significant direct effect on Work-Life Balance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on Work-Life Balance and fully mediates the relationship between Individualized Consideration and Work-Life Balance. Meanwhile, Work Overload does not significantly moderate the relationship between Individualized Consideration and Work-Life Balance. These findings demonstrate that individualized leadership contributes to employees’ Work-Life Balance primarily through the development of Organizational Citizenship Behavior rather than through a direct mechanism, particularly in a high-demand operational environment. Practically, the study suggests that organizations should strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior by fostering collaboration, voluntary support, and constructive interpersonal behavior among employees, rather than relying solely on individualized leadership practices to improve Work-Life Balance.
