d beverage products distributed in Indonesia to be halal certified. However, in practice, many businesses, particularly Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), have not complied with this obligation. This study aims to analyze the legal consequences for businesses that lack halal certification and identify the obstacles faced in the process of obtaining such certification. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory regulatory approach, supported by interviews as empirical data. The results indicate that businesses that lack halal certification are subject to administrative sanctions as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 42 of 2024, which include written warnings, administrative fines, and product withdrawals. Obstacles identified include low understanding among businesses, lack of government outreach, and limited access to certification facilities. Therefore, strengthening regulatory implementation and increasing legal awareness among businesses is necessary to ensure maximum protection for Muslim consumers.

ified, selected, and analysed secondary sources, then conducted a thematic analysis aligned with the Rational Actor, Organisational Process, and Bureaucratic Politics frameworks. The findings show that, as a rational actor, the U.S. pursued strategic aims of cost reduction, force protection, and fulfilment of political commitments, enabled in part by the Doha framework. Organisational procedures within the Department of Defence, the State Department, and CENTCOM shaped the pace, sequencing, and modalities of withdrawal. Bureaucratic bargaining among the President, senior defence leaders, and the special envoy structured key choices and trade-offs. This article concludes that the exit was driven by rational goals filtered through institutional routines and interagency politics. Policy implications include earlier whole-of-government planning, tighter diplomatic coordination with partners, and robust contingency arrangements.

ms to identify the types of sleep disorders and their impact on cognitive, behavioral, and physical development of toddlers through a literature review approach. A literature search was conducted on the ScienceDirect database with the inclusion criteria of English-language articles published between 2021-2025, focusing on toddlers aged 1-5 years. Of the 39 articles found, three were selected for analysis. Results showed that sleep disorders, such as behavioral insomnia and sleep apnea, correlate with behavioral problems such as social withdrawal, inattention, and hyperactivity, especially in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and premature infants. Risk factors include neonatal drug exposure and inconsistent parenting. Multidimensional sleep assessment is recommended for early detection, while behavior-based interventions and sleep hygiene education are effective in treatment. Sleep disorders also impact family well-being, increasing parental stress.

interviews, observations, and field notes. The study reveals that the informants had strong attachments to their fathers and experienced deep grief upon their fathers' deaths, which led to social withdrawal and reluctance to engage with the opposite sex. The absence of a father figure significantly impacted the informants' social development, particularly in forming relationships with the opposite sex. Informants expressed feelings of loss and were reluctant to open up to others, especially men, due to their grief and a sense of abandonment. Despite these challenges, the informants eventually adapted by accepting the reality of their father’s death, finding comfort in spiritual growth and learning to accept themselves. This study highlights the long-lasting effects of father absence on social behaviors, particularly in early adulthood, and how these individuals navigate their relationships with others.

These challenges are particularly prevalent among adolescents, who frequently compare themselves to others in their environment. Body dissatisfaction emerges when adolescents compare their actual body to an idealized version and struggle to accept their current appearance. One factor influencing body dissatisfaction is self-compassion, which can either mitigate or exacerbate these feelings. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-compassion and body dissatisfaction among students of the Faculty of Psychology at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. Using convenience sampling, 100 students participated in the study. The findings indicate a significant negative correlation between self-compassion and body dissatisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of r = -0.803*** and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

s use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant withdrawal technique uses purpose. The data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, community participatory planning in development in Lembah Sumara Village, Soyo Jaya District, North Morowali Regency still has many problems. When viewed from the planning stages, the dominant ones who appear active during village fund management deliberations are village officials, members of village consultative bodies and community figures who are considered influential. Meanwhile, most of the community does not play an active role at the planning stage because they do not receive invitations during deliberations, so that when decisions are made, they do not represent the aspirations of the community in general. Likewise, public awareness of the development implementation stages is still very low. Indications of this can be seen in the implementation of village fund management policies for development, starting from the planning process to implementing activities which are almost entirely carried out by the village government.
