distribution of infrastructure development, especially in remote areas. Economic growth, driven by increased goods and services, is closely tied to infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and water distribution. This study analyzes the impact of these infrastructural elements and labor force participation on economic growth, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), across 34 provinces from 2017 to 2021. Using panel data regression, the results reveal that road length, electricity distribution, and clean water distribution have significant positive effects on GRDP. However, labor force participation shows an insignificant impact. Together, these variables explain 57% of GRDP growth. The findings highlight the critical role of infrastructure in economic development, with provinces like Jakarta leading the growth while regions like North Maluku lag behind. Improving infrastructure and addressing regional disparities are essential to enhancing Indonesia’s overall economic performance.

p had a negative and significant impact on employee performance, with a determination coefficient (R2) value of 0.052, indicating a 52% influence. The t-value was -2.078, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.66462, with a significance value of 0.041, less than 0.05. Meanwhile, employee engagement had a positive effect on employee performance, with a determination coefficient (R2) value of 0.137, representing a 13.7% influence. techniques. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 299 students, consisting of 81 males and 281 females. The measuring tools used in this research are Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS), dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). The result showed that self-esteem didn’t significantly affect academic stress, but when together with perfectionism (maladaptive perfectionism) these two variables interact and contribute significantly to academic stress. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of perfectionism and self-esteem is 4,4% to academic stress. This shows that 4.4% of academic stress is influenced by perfectionism (maladaptive perfectionism) and self-esteem, 95.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Abstract:Green culture, an organizational approach centered on environmental consciousness and practices, plays an increasingly significant role in promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study investigates the influence…
ence of green culture on the progress of SDGs, focusing on the integration of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Through this exploration, we aim to understand how GCG can either enhance or hinder the effectiveness of green culture initiatives toward achieving specific SDG targets. This research uses a quantitative approach, analyzing data from organizations implementing green culture practices alongside structured GCG frameworks. Results indicate that companies that prioritize green culture see measurable improvements in meeting SDG objectives, especially in areas like resource management, waste reduction, and energy efficiency. The moderation effect of GCG shows that governance policies significantly influence the success of green initiatives, either amplifying their benefits or presenting challenges in aligning with sustainability goals. Key findings highlight that effective GCG not only supports environmental practices but also enhances organizational transparency and stakeholder trust. This study underscores the need for organizations to adopt integrated approaches where green culture and GCG work in synergy to maximize the positive impacts on SDG achievements. Such a framework can serve as a model for sustainable development, providing a pathway for businesses to balance profitability with global environmental and social responsibilities.

These challenges include limited access to quality education, outdated teaching methods, and inadequate infrastructure. The introduction of Blackboard technology has the potential to address these challenges and bring about much-needed transformation. The study then delves into 25 various studies right from twenty years back that pave the ways in which Blackboard technology can transform the school system and processes. Firstly, benefits of blackboard technology in Nigerian tertiary institutions, allowing students to access educational resources and participate in classes from anywhere, at any time. This is particularly beneficial for students in remote areas or those with limited mobility. Secondly, addressing infrastructure and technological challenges in Nigeria. By providing a platform for sharing course materials, submitting assignments, and engaging in discussions. This enhances collaboration and interaction, leading to a more engaging and interactive learning experience. Furthermore, Blackboard technology supports personalized learning. It allows educators to create customized learning paths and tailor educational content to individual students' needs and learning styles. This promotes student-centered learning, encouraging active participation and improving learning outcomes.
Abstract:Nowadays, issues related to children's academic achievement are something that parents are concerned about. Every effort is made to improve their performance at school. However, there are times when children become tired…
or bored due to the long time needed to study. In some case found at SMAN 1 Tambun where the intelligence level is good but the learning achievement at school is not so, aka the value is very standard or behaves lazily at school or even like it is difficult to socialize so that it tends to be individual. From this matter, the teachers finally think that is the influence on current learning achievement externally and internally on their students. Not to mention that children are very easy to make excuses, especially those related to stress either due to the demands of parents, little rest time, do not fit into the environment so that they get to the point that school is not important just a formality so as not to be reprimanded by parents or to be the same as most people. The high and low achievement motivation of students is always used as an indicator of the good and bad learning achievement of a student. With achievement motivation, students will be encouraged to learn and like certain subjects happily studying the subject. In this study using a sample of 110 students and researchers sampled class X students at SMAN 1 TAMBUN. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of peer support, authoritarian parenting and resilience on academic achievement.

r increasing labor market efficiency through technologies such as job matching platforms. Macroprudential policy refers to the steps taken by financial authorities to manage systemic risks in the financial sector. In the context of the Phillips curve, these policies can have a direct or indirect effect on the unemployment rate through their influence on financial system stability and economic growth. In relation to ASEAN countries with the highest unemployment rates, testing this model will pay attention to structural, demographic and economic differences between these countries. These factors will influence how financial technology and macroprudential policy interact with the unemployment rate in each country. The results of this test provide valuable insights for policymakers in ASEAN countries with high unemployment rates. They can use this information to design more effective policies in promoting economic growth and reducing unemployment rates through the appropriate application of financial technology and macroprudential policies.

This research is intended to reveal the impact of marketing promotion tactics and the level of customer satisfaction on the Bukalapak platform, which will ultimately influence consumer loyalty at Bukalapak. This study applies quantitative methods by utilizing descriptive analysis as the main tool. The information collection process is carried out through the distribution of survey instruments. The objects that are the focus of this research are active Bukalapak users. Referring to the Slovin formula, it is revealed that the minimum number of participants required is 100 individuals. Based on the findings obtained from this exploration, it can be concluded that the Marketing Mix Variable (X1) provides good or positive results and is quite significant on Consumer Loyalty (Y). The Consumer Satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty (Y), then together the Marketing Mix and Consumer Satisfaction variables measurably have a good, positive and clearly significant effect on the Consumer Loyalty variable. Researchers have several suggestions, namely that companies should further improve aspects of the marketing mix so that the goals set by the company can be realized as quickly as possible. Then the company can increase the level of service, promotions and other strategies to maintain and increase the level of consumer satisfaction.

The process involves realizing opportunities within certain situations and understanding what can be done. This qualitative study employs a descriptive case study design, with data collected through interviews and observations of a single subject. Data validity is ensured by also interviewing a significant other. The analysis reveals that the subject's meaning in life is reflected in her life goals, such as improving her living conditions, owning a house, and hoping her child becomes independent.
