Analysis Of The Contribution Of Education Based On Emotional And Spiritual Intelligence In The Digital Era In Indonesia

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the contribution of education based on emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual (SQ) in facing the challenges of the digital era in Indonesia. The focus of the research is to understand how… an educational approach that integrates EQ and SQ can help students develop relevant skills amidst rapid technological developments and social change. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values ​​that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

Liveworksheet: E-LKPD Based On Project-Based Learning On Science And Science Learning To Improve Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop E-LKPD based on project-based learning assisted by live worksheet science learning to improve understanding of concepts in elementary schools and the effectiveness of E-LKPD based… ed on project-based learning assisted by live worksheet, as well as to find out the response of teachers and students in grade V of SDN Dewi Sartika 2 Aut The implementation of E-LKPD single substance material plays a role in improving thinking skills through classroom learning. The type of research is the ADDIE model approach, (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product validation test was conducted by computer science media experts, Indonesian language experts, and science material experts. The validation results by media experts were 89.0% of the criteria were very feasible, linguists 96.0% of the requirements were very doable, and science materials experts 90.3% were very feasible. The results of the student response questionnaire were 91.5%, the response of class teachers was 90% in the appropriate category, and the average effectiveness score of using E-LKPD was 89.6% of the criteria as expected. The results show that project-based learning E-LKPD using live worksheets is feasible to use in the learning process and is effective in improving the thinking skills of elementary school students.

Development Of E-LKPD Based On Science Literacy Using Liveworksheet On Learning IPAS In Elementary School Students

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a science literacy-based E-LKPD for elementary school students and to determine the feasibility of Science Literacy-based E-LKPD using Livework in science learning to improve the understanding… nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

Powtoon-Based Animated Video Media Development on Subtheme 3 Humans And Objects In Their Environment

Abstract: The development of this animated video media is based on the problems found at SD Negeri Singajaya 01 Bogor Regency. Starting from students not getting innovative learning media, and still using conventional methods in the… he learning process so that technology in learning is still very lacking. The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.

Abstract: The challenges posed by climate change and the decline of biodiversity to the sustainability of global agricultural systems are serious.Agroforestry has emerged as a strategy with the potential to enhance the resilience… of agricultural systems while conserving biodiversity amidst the threats of climate change.This study aims to evaluate the potential of agroforestry to enhance biodiversity and the resilience of agricultural systems to climate change in Dulamayo, Gorontalo. The research methodology is based on vegetation analysis and the calculation of biodiversity indices, with data collection encompassing measurements of tree characteristics and species identification.The results indicate the presence of 17 tree species with a total of 154 individuals, where Candlenut (Aleurites molucana) and Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata) dominate with proportions of 22.73% and 20.13%, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index yielded a moderate value (H' = 2.311) with a high evenness level (E = 0.816), indicating a high ecosystem stability.The findings suggest that the agroforestry system in Dulamayo plays a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems to climate change through its complex and diverse vegetation structure.

Islamic Education Management In The Society 5.0 Era: Building A Educational System That Is Responsive To Technological And Social Changes

Abstract: This research aims to analyze Islamic education management in facing the Society 5.0 era, characterized by the integration of digital technology in social and educational life. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research… ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

Linking Employee Training And Development To Enhanced Customer Satisfaction In Hotels

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between employee training and development programs and customer satisfaction levels within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on MaxOne Hotels in Makassar. Employing… ng a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of local government treasurers in regional financial management, especially in terms of administration and preparation of accountability reports. Based on the importance of accountability… ity and transparency in public financial management, treasurers play a key role in ensuring that regional budget management runs well. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach . review ), where data were obtained from books, journals, laws and regulations, and regional financial reports. The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. Thus, regional financial management can be more transparent, accountable , and efficient

Comprehensive Analysis of Osh Implementation in Community Health Center Based on Permenkes No. 52 of 2018 in Supporting Accreditation Achievement (A Case Study of Padangsari Community Health Center)

Abstract: Health workers are 1.5 times higher risk of work accidents compared to other professions, with 90% of incidents occurring in developing countries. WHO noted that 3 million out of 35 million health workers are exposed to… blood pathogens, increasing the risk of HIV (0.4%), HBV (27-37%), and HCV (3-10%). One of Health center accreditation purpose is to makesure safety to both health workers and patient. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Berpikir Kritis Kepada Peserta Didik

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di SMP Dharma Bhakti Langkat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keterampilan… mpilan berpikir kritis yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa, yang sebagian besar mengandalkan hafalan daripada analisis dan evaluasi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya tingkat berpikir kritis siswa disebabkan oleh kurangnya kebiasaan bertanya, dampak media sosial, terbatasnya kesempatan memecahkan masalah, dan terlalu bergantung pada penjelasan guru. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemanfaatan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) telah terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kritis siswa. Melalui Problem-Based Learning (PBL), siswa terlibat dalam partisipasi aktif dalam identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan informasi, analisis, dan pengembangan solusi logis. Proses ini membantu siswa dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan terlibat dalam pengumpulan informasi, evaluasi, penciptaan solusi, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah sangat cocok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di SMP Dharma Bhakti Langkat.
