m masa rehabilitas yang dirawat oleh keluarga sendiri di rumah atau rawat jalan memerlukan dukungan untuk mematuhi program pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dan stigma keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien gangguan jiwa di Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif melalui pendekatan observasional analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien gangguan jiwa yang dirawat jalan yaitu 112 orang. Besar sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus estimasi proporsi dengan jumlah sampel 42 orang. Menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien gangguan jiwa yang mendapat dukungan positif yaitu 66,7%, pasien gangguan jiwa yang mendapat stigma keluarga positif yaitu 76,2% dan pasien gangguan jiwa patuh minum obat yaitu 69,0%. Hasil uji Fisher’s Exact didapatkan dukungan keluarga dan stigma masing-masing nilai p=0,003 dan 0.000 (≤ 0,05), ini berarti secara statistik ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dan stigma keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dan stigma keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Disarankan agar hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan masukan bagi Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tentang hubungan dukungan keluarga dan stigma keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien gangguan jiwa sehingga pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan.

The sampling technique in this study was the census method technique with data analysis using the SPSS version 20 program using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study state that the variable workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. And it can be concluded that the most dominant workload variable affects employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.771. This means that the variables of job satisfaction and workload simultaneously affect the employee performance variable by 77.1%.

Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Work motivation does not have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.
