Metode: Studi deskriptif analitik dengan 25 peserta hipertensi, dilakukan selama tiga hari. Senam hipertensi dilakukan 30 menit sesuai pedoman, dengan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah. Hasil: Sebagian besar peserta berusia 42-48 tahun dan perempuan. Senam hipertensi efektif menurunkan tekanan darah, dengan banyak peserta masuk kategori prehipertensi dan normal setelah intervensi. Kesimpulan: Senam hipertensi rutin dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Disarankan pelaksanaan senam secara berkala dan pemantauan tekanan darah untuk mengurangi kasus hipertensi. Saran: Diharapkan bagi penderita Hipertensi mampu menerapkan senam hipertensi secara benar dan teratur.

Senam kaki diabetes merupakan salah satu bentuk aktivitas fisik yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan aliran darah ke kaki dan menurunkan kadar gula darah pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran penerapan senam kaki diabetes terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah sewaktu pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe II. Metode: Menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Subyek: 10 orang pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe II di wilayah Rw 03 Kelurahan Keroncong. Waktu: Implementasi dilakukan 3 kali dalam 1 minggu dengan durasi 30 menit per sesi. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan senam kaki diabetes didapatkan rata-rata GDS sebesar 232 mg/dl, kemudian setelah dilakukan senam kaki diabetes didapatkan rata-rata GDS sebesar 194 mg/dl. Kesimpulan: Penerapan senam kaki diabetes mampu menurunkan kadar gula darah sewaktu pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe II. Saran: Diharapkan bagi penderita diabetes melitus mampu menerapkan latihan senam kaki diabetes secara benar dan teratur.

Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, perilaku dan keteraturan pola makan terhadap kejadian gastritis pada sampel anak remaja di Klink Citra Sehat Kutajaya sebanyak 80 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif analitik serta analisis data menggunakan Kendall’s tau b. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan pada variabel pengetahuan dengan p value 0.037 (p = <0.05), variabel perilaku dengan p value 0,000 (p=<0.05), dan variabel pola makan diperoleh p value sebesasr 0.001 (p=<0.05) yang mengisyaratkan bahwa adanya hubungan signifikan antara variabel secara keseluruhan. Disarankan remaja diharapkan dapat lebih mudah mengidentifikasi keluhan gastritis dan lebih memperhatikan ketika mereka mulai mengalami gejala kebiasaan makan yang tidak menentu.
