The Needs Analysis of Teaching Materials for Writing Short Stories Based on Cerpengram Method for Class IX

Abstract: The advancement of science impacts learning innovations that fulfill the requirements for resolving issues in the field of education. The goal of this project is to find instructional resources for writing short stories… that are appropriate for class IX students. This research used a descriptive qualitative methodology to collect data using interviews and questionnaires. The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

Comparison of the Financial Performance of SOEs in the Building Construction Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 and 2021 Periods

Abstract: This study aims to compare the financial performance of SOEs engaged in the infrastructure sector, the building construction sub-sector, and conduct stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 and 2021 periods.… eriods. This research is a descriptive type of research. The data used is in the form of company financial report data obtained from the STIEM Bongaya Makassar Investment Gallery and visiting the website www.idx.co.id to obtain supporting information. Financial ratio analysis techniques use liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and market value ratios to calculate company financial data. Financial report data that has been calculated using financial ratios is then analyzed and interpreted based on a comparison between the financial ratios of each company and the industry average value. Then do a comparison of the financial performance of the four companies to find out which company has a better level of financial performance. The results of the analysis show that of the overall financial ratios used, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. is a company that has better financial performance than PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., and PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.

The Effect of Motivation and Career Development on Organizational Commitment at Employees PT. XXX

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation and career development on organizational commitment among PT. XXX. The research population is 879 employees. This research is associative research, namely… research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. With the research instrument, namely the validity test which shows that the data obtained is valid and reliable and the research results show that there is no classical assumption. Research shows that motivation has a value of 4.709 and Adjusted R Square of 0.172. In addition, after conducting the research, the value of tcount > ttable is 2.584 > 1.666. This indicates that motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Career development has a score of 4, 013 and Adjusted R Square of 0.172. In addition, after conducting the research, tcount > ttable is 4.029 > 1.666. This indicates that career development has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Variables of motivation and career development have a positive effect on organizational commitment, this is evidenced by the results of the research Fcount > Ftable, namely 10.234 > 3.10.

The Effectiveness and Practicality of the 3x3 Gauss-Jordan Application

Abstract: The purpose of developing an Android-based Gauss Jordan application is as an alternative in effective and practical Linear Algebra learning. The method for developing this research is R&D (Research and Development) research… rch with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques used are material validation sheets and application display; practicality sheet; test sheets (pretest and posttest); and student opinion sheets. The application developed in application design is with figma.com and for software development using visual studio code. Questionnaire instruments and questions on systems of linear equations were given to 22 TI21A4 students in the Linear Algebra course. Based on the data that has been obtained and processed, the score for improving student learning outcomes is 0.71 which is considered effective. The improvement is classified as high and includes effective, and the average score of the practicality assessment is 4.2 which is included in the high category. This application also received a positive response from students who have used it, so the Gauss Jordan 3x3 application is suitable for use in learning and determining solutions to linear equations.

The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On Stock Prices With Profitability (ROA) As Moderating Variable In Banking Sector Companies On The Stock Exchange For The Period 2016 To 2020

Abstract: This study was conducted to empirically examine the influence of intellectual capital and profitability on stock prices in banking sector companies in Indonesia. The independent variable of this research is intellectual… capital which is presented by VAICTM (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient) which was developed by Pulic (1998). Then the dependent variable is stock price, and profitability, which is presented by ROA, as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, and there were 24 (twenty-four) banking companies (listed on the BEI) that met the criteria so that the sample of this study amounted to 120 samples. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found that overall, VACA, VAHU, and STVA had a significant positive effect on stock prices. But only VACA and VAHU variables were able to be moderated by ROA.

Health Belief Model as Students' Perspective Framework Regarding Covid-19 Prevention

Abstract: The Covid-19 epidemic have a significant risk to the public's health. The Covid-19 infection spreads swiftly and affects people of all ages. The implementation of health guidelines among students and how students feel they… ey can complete the Covid-19 procedure cannot be separated. The goals of this study is to ascertain how students view Covid-19 prevention from the viewpoint of the Health Belief Model. This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. Therefore, it is envisaged that linked parties would be able to enhance health promotion initiatives for the Covid-19 prevention procedure, both directly and through media like posters put up around campuses

The Effect of Macroeconomic Factors on The Financial Performance of Banking in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of short-term and long-term macroeconomic factors on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The dependent variables in this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Financial… nancial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) as proxies of financial performance. While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

Abstract: Sub-district is the division of administrative territory in Indonesia under districts or cities. The position of a sub-district is a district/city regional apparatus as a regional technical implementer which has a certain… n work area and is led by a sub-district head. The East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office is one of the sub-districts in the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan province. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.
