Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, NPL, BOPO, and Bank Size. This study uses quantitative methods and panel data regression models to investigate how internal factors or bank ratios affect the profitability… lity of KBMI 3 and 4 banks in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 8 KBMI banks 3 and 4 using Purposive Sampling covering the 2015-2022 period. The estimation method in the selected panel data is the Fixed Effect Model approach. The results of this study show that the profitability of Bank KBMI 3 and 4, as measured by ROA, partially LDR variables have a significant positive influence, BOPO and Asset Size have a significant negative influence, CAR and NPL do not have a significant and negative effect, while simultaneously have a significant influence. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial ratio variables or internal bank factors on the profitability of Bank KBMI 3 and 4, which in turn can be useful for policy makers, academics, and investors.

Enhancing Micro, Small, And Medium-Sized Businesses Efficiency with Financial Literacy

Ma'sumah, Siti, Hamidi, Luthfi, Puspitarini, Ida
Abstract: Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) play a big part in the economy, particularly in village economies. This is a result of the majority of rural firms still falling into the MSME category. Up until now, financial… ancial reports from MSMEs in rural areas have been infrequent. This is a result of MSME actors' ignorance regarding the preparation of financial reports. Low financial understanding translates into a low ability to produce financial reports. The MSME participants in Cilacap Regency's Sikanco Village, Nusawungu District, have not yet completed their financial reports for their companies. This is a result of their inexperience with financial report writing. Thus, it is impossible to accurately gauge the financial performance of MSMEs. As a result, help is required with both creating financial reports and raising awareness of financial literacy. This program helps with financial report preparation and raises awareness of financial literacy through the use of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. MSME players came to the realization that financial report preparation is crucial to their firm after receiving support with it. Owners of MSME businesses become conscious of both their personal and company assets. As a result, helping to prepare MSME financial reports is crucial and beneficial for MSME participants. They make an effort to keep track of transactions and financial reports for their company, and the financial reports that have been generated are easily understandable. Residents developed an interest in and an understanding of the significance of financial reporting in order to mitigate the risk of business losses following their education. Additionally, MSME partners are growing increasingly interested in effectively managing family finances in order to improve their welfare since, through keeping track of household spending, they can identify areas where they can save more money and invest the proceeds.

The sample consisted of 219 final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which were taken using non- probability sampling techniques. The data collection instrument used the Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey measuring instrument developed by Schaufeli & Salanova (2007) Student Coping Instrument developed by Lazarus & Folkman (1984), the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) Scale developed by Sherer (1982), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et.al. (1988). The study used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the measuring instrument construct and to test the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the major hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant influence on the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout. Meanwhile, the results of the minor hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant effect of variable self-efficacy, family support and special person support on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on the proportion of all variants, the influence of all Independent Variables is 45% while the other 55% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
