Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti kejenuhan belajar yang muncul akibat menggunakan metode ceramah yang tidak bervariasi dan kekurangan alat bantu pengajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meneliti strategi yang di gunakan guru untuk mengatasi kejenuhan siswa dalam pembelajaran SKI di MI Nurussibyan Batujaya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitianpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data dari wawancara serta dokumentasi. Peneliti menganalisis data dengan mengurangi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejenuhan siswa terlihat dari menurunnya konsentrasi, rasa kantuk, dan minimnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan belajar. Agar masalah ini teratasi pengajar harus menerapkan berbagai Cara seperti diskusi dalam kelompok, sesi tanya jawab, kuis yang mendidik, ice breaking, serta memberikan apresiasi kepada siswa yang aktif. Cara ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan semangat peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Oleh sebab itu, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang menarik dan bervariasi dapat menjadi jalan keluar yang ampuh untuk mengatasi kebosanan siswa dalam pelajaran SKI.

This is where the need for certainty of law in settling the dispute in question arises, and how the Constitutional Court's decision for certainty of law can be realized in Islamic banking disputes. The research method used is descriptive normative. Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.

and secondary data, which consist of 60 monthly observations from January 2020 to December 2024. The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.

This practice confirms a shift in social interaction patterns, where group loyalty is bound by a commitment to the idol's aesthetics and achievements. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

utuhan spiritual, tetapi juga bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat Muslim urban yang semakin sadar akan nilai-nilai keislaman, kualitas, dan keamanan produk. Namun, meskipun mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam, tidak semua individu memiliki pola konsumsi halal yang konsisten. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting untuk memahami sejauh mana ketiga faktor tersebut memengaruhi preferensi konsumsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 402 responden Muslim di enam wilayah administratif DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas (Convergent Validity), uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability), uji R-square, serta uji hipotesis, baik secara parsial (uji-t) maupun simultan (uji-F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya faktor religiusitas yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumsi produk halal. Sedangkan faktor sosial dan budaya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebesar 80,5% variasi dalam keputusan konsumsi. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa religiusitas menjadi faktor utama dalam perilaku konsumsi produk halal masyarakat urban, serta menjadi acuan penting dalam penyusunan strategi pemasaran dan edukasi halal di wilayah perkotaan.
