THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TECHNOLOGY IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Abstract: The digital technology revolution has catalyzed a fundamental paradigmatic transformation in the global education ecosystem, creating a new era where technology integration has become a strategic imperative in effective… and sustainable learning management. One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning. However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and structured approach in integrating AI into educational systems, considering technological, pedagogical, and socio-cultural aspects in a balanced manner to achieve sustainable and positively impactful educational transformation.

Penerapan Penerapan Teknologi Berbasis AI dalam Penilaian Keterampilan Praktis Siswa: Studi Eksperimen di MI NU Manbaul Huda

Abstract: This study explores the application of AI-based technology in assessing students' practical skills through an experimental approach at MI NU Manbaul Huda. The background of this research stems from the challenges of traditional… itional assessment methods, which are often subjective, time-consuming, and inconsistent. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-based assessment system in improving the accuracy and efficiency of practical skill evaluation. The methodology involves a quasi-experimental design, comparing an experimental group using the AI system with a control group using traditional methods. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that the AI system achieved an accuracy rate of 89%, significantly higher than the traditional method's 75%. Additionally, 85% of teachers and 90% of students expressed positive perceptions of the AI system. The study concludes that AI-based technology has the potential to transform practical skill assessment by providing objective, real-time feedback. This research contributes to the field of educational technology by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of AI in primary education, particularly in Islamic-based schools. Recommendations include teacher training and infrastructure improvements to support broader implementation. IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PAI BERBASIS NILAI DALAM MEMBANGUN NASIONALISME PESERTA DIDIK DI SMKN 1 MODAYAG KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of value-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies in building student nationalism at SMKN 1 Modayag, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, identify supporting and… nd inhibiting factors, and analyze their impact on students' nationalistic attitudes and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers integrate the values ​​of faith, morals, worship, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and love of the homeland in the learning process. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on increasing love for the homeland, tolerance, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and responsibility among students.

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA NEGERI 5 PALOPO

Abstract: This study discusses the implementation of principal management in improving students' religious character and the factors that influence the success of the implementation of principal management in improving students' religious… eligious character. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis using MAXQDA. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting/organizing raw data (data collection), condensing data (data condensation), presenting data (data display), drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the principal's management in improving the religious character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Palopo is carried out through four integrated management functions, namely: (a) Planning which is realized in the preparation of routine religious programs such as Al-Qur'an literacy (15-minute tadarus), congregational prayer, and commemoration of Islamic holidays, (b) Organization is carried out by clearly dividing tasks to religious teachers as coordinators, assisted by homeroom teachers and involving the active role of OSIS and Rohis as technical implementers, (c) Implementation is carried out by integrating the program into school activities and providing direct motivation and role models to enforce religious discipline, and (d) Supervision is carried out through checking attendance at congregational prayers and providing direct reprimands to students who are less religious. (2) Factors that influence the success of this implementation include internal factors, such as the principal's leadership commitment, teacher discipline, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as external factors that include support from parents and the community. Overall, the success of the principal's management is greatly influenced by strong collaboration between all school residents and the surrounding environment.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN SUPPORTING WOMEN ACHIEVING REGIONAL LEADERSHIP

Abstract: Public participation is a hallmark of political modernization. There are two characters used to capture the informant's view of community participation, namely sociological and cultural conditions. Sociological conditions… s refer to the empirical and objective dimensions of the audience or community participation, which are all people belonging to the infrastructure and political superstructure—the purpose of this study: community participation in supporting women to achieve leadership. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case studies. The subjects of this study were three relatively prominent female regional heads, namely: female regional heads from dynastic typology, politician typology and bureaucratic typology. The three women regional heads are incumbent elements. The results of the women's research determine practical steps in realizing tolerance, identifying personal, mostly female regional heads who have a side of attractiveness and power which is carried out together, not to endure joint suffering but for mutual progress.

THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL HEALTH COMPETENCE ON HEALTHCARE SERVICE PERFORMANCE AT KING ABDULLAH MEDICAL CITY, 2026: A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM-PLS)

Abstract: Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped healthcare service delivery worldwide, particularly in tertiary hospitals that rely heavily on integrated digital systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telemedicine,&#8230; dicine, clinical decision support systems, and data-driven healthcare technologies. Despite rapid technological advancement, limited empirical evidence explains how healthcare professionals’ digital competence contributes to healthcare service performance within the context of healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia. Previous studies have primarily focused on technological adoption or technical outcomes, while the psychological and organizational mechanisms underlying digital healthcare performance remain underexplored. Drawing upon the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Theory and Resource-Based View (RBV), this study investigates the influence of Digital Health Competence (DHC) on Healthcare Service Performance (HSP), examining the mediating role of Work Engagement (WE) and the moderating role of Organizational Support (OS). This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional explanatory design using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected from 312 healthcare professionals at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Saudi Arabia, selected through stratified random sampling. The study included physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals actively utilizing digital healthcare systems in clinical practice. Measurement instruments were adapted from internationally validated scales, including the European Digital Competence Framework for Health Professionals, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), and Perceived Organizational Support Scale. Data analysis included assessment of the measurement model, structural model evaluation, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, effect size (f²), predictive relevance (Q²), and model fit indices. The findings demonstrated that Digital Health Competence had a positive and significant effect on Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.328, p < 0.001) and Work Engagement (β = 0.541, p < 0.001). Work Engagement significantly influenced Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.462, p < 0.001) and partially mediated the relationship between Digital Health Competence and Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.250, p < 0.001). In addition, Organizational Support significantly moderated the relationship between Digital Health Competence and Work Engagement (β = 0.217, p < 0.001). The structural model demonstrated substantial explanatory power (R² HSP = 0.683) and satisfactory predictive relevance. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of JD-R Theory and RBV within the context of digital healthcare transformation in tertiary hospitals. The study proposes an integrated model demonstrating that digital competence functions not only as a technical capability but also as a strategic personal resource that enhances work engagement and healthcare service quality. Practically, the findings emphasize the importance of strengthening digital competency development, supportive organizational climates, and adaptive digital infrastructures to improve healthcare professionals’ performance and accelerate sustainable healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia.

CIVIL-MILITARY CORRIDOR RESILIENCE MODEL FOR INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT IN INDONESIA’S OUTERMOST BORDER ISLAND: EVIDENCE FROM MIANGAS ISLAND

Abstract: Infrastructure management in outermost border islands is not only a matter of physical development, but also a strategic issue related to sovereignty, community welfare, connectivity and national defence. This article examines&#8230; amines infrastructure management on Miangas Island, one of Indonesia’s northernmost outer islands bordering the Philippines. Although Miangas already has several basic and strategic infrastructures, including roads, an airport, a port, electricity facilities, clean water sources, telecommunications, health facilities and security infrastructure, these assets have not yet functioned as an integrated and reliable system. The main problem is therefore not the absence of infrastructure, but the gap between physical availability and functional performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach based on field observation, semi-structured interviews and document review. Data were analysed using the Miles and Huberman model, supported by STEEP+M and SWOT analysis. The findings show that infrastructure management in Miangas is influenced by three main indicators: infrastructure availability and quality, connectivity and accessibility, and infrastructure sustainability. Internally, Miangas has strengths in its strategic geography, existing infrastructure assets, state institutional presence, social cohesion and strong national identity. However, these strengths are constrained by weak service quality, limited maintenance, unstable connectivity, a fragile local economy and inadequate maritime surveillance. Externally, Miangas benefits from national legal support, strategic policy status and Indonesia–Philippines cooperation, but faces threats from cross-border dependence, illegal fishing, border violations, environmental pressure and geopolitical sensitivity. The SWOT analysis places Miangas in the WO quadrant, meaning that external opportunities should first be used to overcome internal weaknesses. This article proposes the Civil-Military Corridor Resilience Model as an integrated framework that connects public services, logistics, energy, local markets, maritime security and territorial defence in one border resilience system.

DEFINING AN OPTIMAL EV CHARGING SERVICE RADIUS: A USER-BASED APPROACH FOR URBAN PLANNING IN PEKANBARU CITY

Abstract: The growing emphasis on sustainable urban mobility has positioned electric vehicles (EVs) as a strategic component of transport transformation, particularly in developing cities with constrained infrastructure systems. One&#8230; ne of the key challenges in supporting EV adoption is the provision of accessible charging infrastructure, which is closely related to user perception of acceptable service distance. This study aims to determine the optimal service distance of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) based on user preferences in Pekanbaru City, Indonesia, and to explore its implications for spatial planning. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire survey of 51 respondents distributed across 15 administrative districts. All respondents were non-EV users, representing potential adopters in the early stage of transition. The survey captured preferred EVCS distance using interval-based categories, along with respondents’ awareness and intention toward EV adoption. The results indicate that the dominant preferred distance falls within the 2–4 km range, with an estimated mean of 3.08 km and a standard deviation of 1.98 km, resulting in an effective range of approximately 1–5 km. Considering urban road network constraints and detour factors, this range is further adjusted to 3–6 km to reflect more realistic travel conditions. These findings suggest that a relatively dense and accessible charging network is required to reduce range anxiety and support EV adoption. From a spatial planning perspective, a 4 km service threshold is proposed as a practical reference for EVCS deployment, representing the central tendency of user preferences within the adjusted range. This study highlights the importance of integrating user-based spatial parameters into infrastructure planning and contributes to the literature by emphasizing the role of perceived accessibility in shaping EV infrastructure demand in developing urban contexts.

A CRITICAL COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ARBITRATION AND COURT PROCEEDINGS IN BUSINESS DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN POST-DIGITALIZATION INDONESIA: A STUDY OF LEGAL CERTAINTY AND TIME EFFICIENCY

Abstract: The rapid expansion of the digital economy in Indonesia has significantly transformed business practices and, consequently, the landscape of business dispute resolution. This study presents a critical comparative analysis&#8230; s of arbitration—particularly online arbitration—and conventional court litigation in resolving business disputes in post-digitalization Indonesia. The research focuses on two principal aspects: legal certainty and time efficiency. Using normative juridical analysis supported by relevant legal theories, including Progressive Legal Theory, Development Legal Theory, and Legal Convergence Theory, this study examines the adaptability of dispute resolution mechanisms within the framework of Law Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and related regulations governing electronic court administration. The findings indicate that arbitration, especially through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), offers greater procedural flexibility, shorter resolution time, and cost efficiency compared to conventional litigation, which remains burdened by rigid procedural stages, administrative complexity, and case backlogs. Digitalization has further enhanced arbitration efficiency by enabling electronic submission of documents, virtual hearings, and digital evidence examination. However, challenges persist, including technological infrastructure limitations, data security concerns, and the need for regulatory harmonization to ensure enforceability and equal legal legitimacy with court decisions. This study concludes that while digital arbitration demonstrates superior time efficiency and practical advantages, regulatory reform and institutional strengthening are essential to guarantee optimal legal certainty in Indonesia’s evolving digital business environment.

DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SECURITY IN SOUTH SULAWESI: CHALLENGES, POLICY RESPONSES, AND PATHWAYS TOWARD SUSTAINABLE SELF-SUFFICIENCY

Abstract: This study examines the digitalization of agriculture and its implications for food security in South Sulawesi, focusing on structural challenges, policy responses, and pathways toward sustainable self-sufficiency. Despite&#8230; te relatively stable rice production, food security in the province remains vulnerable to climate variability, irrigation constraints, fragmented distribution systems, and uneven digital integration. Using a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative survey data and qualitative policy analysis, this research evaluates the relationship between digital adoption and farmer performance. The findings indicate that farmers utilizing digital tools demonstrate higher production stability, stronger market price awareness, and better planting planning accuracy compared to non-digital farmers. However, digital literacy gaps and limited institutional coordination constrain broader system transformation. Policy responses remain largely reactive and sectorally fragmented. The study proposes a Digital-Sustainable Self-Sufficiency Framework that integrates digital infrastructure expansion, smart irrigation governance, supply chain monitoring, and inter-agency coordination. The findings suggest that digitalization should be positioned not merely as technological adoption but as a governance transformation mechanism to strengthen adaptive capacity, enhance coordination, and achieve resilient and sustainable food security.
